Advices for Ebay Wholesalers Contact List

There is something that you should know in dealing with the suppliers. When we were doing wholesale, we received
many emails from many sellers whom shown interest on our products or requested for a price quote, BUT the email
was sent to many sellers/suppliers at once. We didn't bother to reply to those emails, as we don't think they are
interested in doing business with us. It's more like letting the wholesalers/suppliers to compete the prices among
each other.

Show your interest in doing business with them that you are interested in buying their products. Send them a
professional business email individually with subject like "business opportunity" or “Interested on your products”.
Professional business email is very important. DO NOT act like a high school kid (even if you are). If you act like a
high school kid, some suppliers won’t bother to reply you! So, have a professional business email ready before you
send an email to them. Try to know more about their company, product line, availability, minimum order, shipping
etc. If something doesn’t work out the way you want it to be, try to find out a solution, a win-win situation to both of
you. Try to deal with them.

We don't advice you to mention that you received their contacts from a supplier list. This doesn't sound very
professional in doing business. Tell them that you searched through the web looking for suppliers and you found
their contacts from their company website or forum or message board. DO NOT ask stupid questions that you can
find the answers from their site. Most of them are busy businessmen or businesswomen with well-established
company. They don’t have time to answer stupid questions. Make sure you read through their entire site before
contacting them, especially the FAQ page. If you somehow offended them, they will consider you spamming, will
not answer your email and will then add you into their block email list. You should only contact the suppliers if you
are interested in buying their products. We are not providing you their contacts to spam or to flood their inbox! Tell
them that you are very interested in getting into the Ebay business and need a reliable supplier like them that could
offer great products, prices, email support, fast shipping etc. Tell them that you’ve been searching the web for a
while looking for wholesale suppliers and finally found their site. This would show you are a serious buyer and
ready to do business with them. Contact them only after you have the professional business email ready. Don’t be
surprise that they will offer you slightly higher prices when they know you are very new to the business (from the
way you wrote the email), but on the other hand offer someone else slightly lower prices when they know that
person is not amateur, did some researches, know the market prices, and also know many other suppliers that sell the
similar products (from the professional business email that the person wrote). That’s business. There is a
recommended sales price with higher margin and a bottom price for the products.

This contact list is mainly for those who are interested in selling the items at Ebay, and for this reason, we named the
contact list as “Ebay Wholesalers”. When you browse through their sites, you will see some of them sell brand new
items, brand new without tag items, overstock items, closeout items, customers return items, or like new condition
items. Make sure you pay attention to the condition of the items before making your purchase. If it’s not stated on
their site, then you should ask them. You probably have difficulty selling brand new without tag items or factory
refurbished items at your online store, but not at Ebay! There is a high demand on those items as consumers can buy
them at partial of the retail prices! Many Power Sellers are so successful selling those items, why can’t you? A good
selling product for brand new without tag or customers return items are apparels like Victoria’s Secret’s items. Do
some research at Ebay!

You can get many different kinds of products from those suppliers ranging from clothing, jewelries, watches, shoes,
handbags, electronics and more! We suggest you to spend some time carefully to decide what do you want to sell at
Ebay. Do some research at Ebay to find out what items are hot with high demand. Remember to subscribe to the
suppliers’ mailing list so you will be updated when they have new items coming in. Their inventory changes often
and cheaper items or hot items like digital cameras/camcorders will be gone very soon as they were all purchased by
other Ebay Power Sellers! If you only have little money to start with, there are suppliers that sell small items or
smaller minimum order quantity items like jewelries & Victoria’s Secret items. You don’t need thousands to invest
on those items. When you have made some good profit, you can then decide if you want to sell electronics that will
cost you more.

The suppliers’ PayPal ratings stated on this contact list are for your references. We have no control if any of them
suddenly closed their PayPal account or have their account limited by PayPal for any reasons. We are not saying
they are all legitimate businessmen or businesswomen. Their PayPal rating is for your references and you should
make your own judgment if they are legitimate businessmen or businesswomen. With their high PayPal ratings, we
seriously don’t think they will scam anyone. However, we have done business with “liquidfashions.net” and they are
legit. Again, decision is on your side if you should purchase from any of them. It’s safer to place a small order at the
beginning and then slowly increase the size of your order!

We believe you already own a PayPal account. If it’s a PayPal Personal account, then you couldn’t accept credit
card payment. We strongly recommend you to accept credit card payment when selling at Ebay. If you only accept
money order or bank transfer through PayPal, many Ebay buyers will not choose to buy from you. You could
upgrade your current PayPal personal account to Premier/Business account but it’s good to separate them: one for
personal use and the other for business use. PayPal allows you to have one Personal account and one
Premier/Business account for this reason. You should keep your current PayPal Personal account and register for a
new PayPal Premier or Business account, which will allow you to accept credit card payment by clicking here.

When you ship the item to customer, you should always use a delivery confirmation. If a customer files a PayPal
complaint saying they didn’t receive the item, you MUST provide a tracking # to PayPal to show proof of delivery
or PayPal will simply refund the money to buyer.

Want to make extra money on the shipping and handling charges to cover your Ebay fees and PayPal fees? MANY
Ebay sellers do that! If the shipping cost for the item via regular first class mail is going to be $3.50 (please check
the actual rate), you could charge a shipping and handling fee of ~$5 to $6. Always state “shipping and handling”,
so it means the fee includes the shipping supply too. If you are going to ship with priority mail which will cost ~$6
after delivery confirmation, you could charge S&H of ~$8. On your description, mention S&H includes delivery
confirmation so the buyer knows you actually spend extra for the delivery confirmation. How about insurance? You
should make it optional to buyer. If they choose to purchase insurance, you could either pay the insurance fee to the
post office for the insurance, or keep the insurance fee but you will be responsible for the lost of item when it
happened. Most of the time, the item will arrive the destination safely. If it’s a very expensive item or the item is
fragile, then you should purchase the insurance. That’s another way to make extra money selling at Ebay besides the
