(The impiricist) When we say impiricist it is connected to the word observation which is
associated in John Locke which he believes that we can acquire knowledge through observation and he
believes also that experience is the best teacher because according to him there's a lot of learning
/knowledge that we can get by the experience.

Spencer. (the utilitarianist) It because spencer believe's in evolution which is as time pass by individuals
are highly developed in all aspect thats why he wrote his concept about survival of the fittest which
stated their that human being developed through experience.

John Dewey. (experience) Because Dewey believes "Learning through experience " which is really true
Because Human is a active being who wants to explore their environment and gain control over it.

George count. (build new social order) because he believes that the techers should lead the society
rather than to follow it . Because teacher is a agent of change.

Theodore Brameld.(the social reconstructionist) Because he belives that recontractionists are firmly
committed to equality or equity in both society and eduction.

Paulo Freire. (critical pedagogy vs banking method) Becauseb in his viewhuman must learn to resist
oppression and not become its victim nor oppressed others. According to him rather than teaching as
banking in which the educator deposit information into students head Freire saw teaching and learning
as a process of inquiry in which the child must invent and reinvent the world

*No. Because as far as I know in this period people are focused more on vocational and less in
academic because hey are preparing their selves to become a good Husband and wife the man we're
trained to find foods in order to survive and the women are trained in all household chores specially in
cooking.

1.Should college education be for all? Or should it be given only to those who are
intellectually capable of college education? Those who are not should be directed to
technical education. Isn’t giving access to college education for one whom is not
intellectually capable a waste of time and resources?
*Yes. college should be for everyone who wants for every one who's willing to learn for
open to acquire new knowledge. We can't say that college is only for those who
knowledgeable maybe he/she is knowledgeable but that certain person not know
everything.

Was that not the very purpose of the National College Entrance Examination then- to
redirect to techvoc courses those who were not capable of a college course?

*For me i will say NO because its only a barrier to the student. even though we want that certain
course sometimes we are force to take another course we are not qualified the NCEE.
