JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS
Description of Work: CABLE PULLING
Location: TR PIPEWRACK AREA (0004G/H/J)

5 CABLE PULLING  Housekeeping  All crew shall be trained (Safety Orientation) before

Note:

1. Supervisor, Foremen must discuss the JSA to their crew prior to the execution of work to ensure safety of everyone.
2. Daily safety toolbox meeting must be conducted to review hazards or deviations at work activity.
3. In view of high risk of over explosion may cause Central nervous system effects, If so the operators must be take brake in
between the work.
4. In case of fire, the qualified fire watchman shall extinguish the fire immediately and must inform the immediate supervisor.
5. Safety Advisor/Engineer/Officer shall oversee the whole duration of activity and submit Accident/Incident report if there’s any.
6. Copy of this JSA must be attached to the Work Permit issued to conduct the activity.

Special Instructions:
 Obtain and follow Work Permit(s) prior to start the job.
 Proper material storage at site area.
 Work must be supervised for each process.
 Proper House- keeping is required on daily basis.
 Lifting tools, in good condition.
 Portable electric tools are in good working condition.
 Appropriate barricades and safety signs must be posted around the work site.
 All team members must visit the job site and understand fully the scope of work.
 All workers working at the job shall be briefed about the JSA to make sure that they all are aware of the JSA.

CAUTION: All persons associated with the job shall abide by the JSA. The JSA stands cancelled once conditions change at
the job site. The team shall stop all work and revisit the JSA.
