The Future of Education.

The number of Engineering Graduates being dispensed by our Education System is 1.5 million. Out of
these, less than 20% get the job which can be considered worthy of their expense in education.
Similarly, around 1.8 million are graduated from other streams across the country. Their ratio of being
placed is far worse. This stumbles us on the basic question, why is the state of education so
horrendous throughout the country? Are we striving to progress in every domain, but lagging miles
behind in giving our youngsters a quality education? Shouldn’t quality education be a fundamental
right of an individual; one which equips him for all the challenges of the modern world?

The first thing to understand is the what ‘Quality Education’ actually means. Quality education is not
just imparting knowledge, but it is imparting knowledge which is not outdated and most importantly,
not theory-driven. Lack of practical knowledge and an outdated education system is not just costing
us the future of millions of youth but also negatively impacting our Per-Capita Income.

So where are we going wrong? Is it the education imparted in School or the College? Is it the way our
study material is designed or is it the way it is imparted to the curious minds? We, at Apollo &
Dionysus, feel that the whole system is to be redesigned, reinvented and restructured to not just
address the issues of the present, but also equip the young to face any challenges of the future.

So how do we do this? Simple; By using the tools and technology present today to shape the
tomorrow. Let’s imagine a scenario. What if, we start using tools of Analytics to analyze the behavior
and inclination of a student from as early as his mid-schooling days? What if, we start nurturing the
student based on his inclination, instead of the curriculum? This will make sure that the student
interested in ‘Moons and Stars’ is not pushed into finesse of William Shakespeare's language; a
prodigy in physics is not just left hanging at the door of an engineering college. We, at Apollo &
Dionysus, believes that every child, if guided in the right direction, is a genius in his field of interest.
But, ironically and unfortunately, this world differs with our belief. Everyone wants their child to be
“Jack of all Trades” and they easily forget that “Jack was master of none” !!

But then, the blame shouldn’t be restricted to our Schools. Yes, Schools play an important role in
shaping the child but the Colleges play an equally important part. But are they doing justice to the faith
of millions? Sadly no! Millions of engineers and post-graduates can vouch for the injustice done not
just with their career but also with their life. We use the word ‘injustice’ as Colleges are not only killing
the inquisitiveness of individual minds, but also nurturing them under the umbrella of fear, of ‘probable
job offer’, if, and only if, they succumb to the process of destroying their genius! Sheer tragedy.

It is high time that drastic steps should be taken to understand what the real-world challenges are and
how can they be best dealt by imparting education in a practical manner. Every student should be
given an option to build his own course, compile his own credits as per his profile analyzed at the
school level and give them a platform to achieve greatness. We feel that greatness is nothing but
work done with heart and mind in perfect harmony. Unfortunately, our current education system is
killing this harmony and replacing it with a disguised plague of hierarchical disorder!

So what does Apollo & Dionysus has to offer? We, humbly, offer our technological and analytical
prowess to restructure the meaning of education in our country. We have the best tools, best brains
and an out-of-box approach to every problem and we firmly believe that it is high time that the
education system requires a shape-up and we’re up for the challenge. India is proudly called as
‘Youngistaan’ and now, it is time to equip our youth with best possible means to challenge the future.
The Future of Politics.

Divide and Rule!

The phrase, first coined by the ruling British Empire, is now, often used in practice by almost all the
Political Parties. Whether it’s the division by caste, religion or region, today’s political parties have left
no stone unturned in extracting the meanest meaning and exploiting the sentiments of the general
public. Is it because of lack of public awareness or it is due to the fact that, political parties are not
able to understand the issues of the general public to act and satiate, instead of resorting to the
general thumb rule of ‘Divide and Rule’.

So what is the root cause analysis of the inherent problem? There are two aspects to this; Looking
through the Political parties’ perspectives, they neither have the mass level data of the public and their
problems nor the means to address them. On the other hand, from the general public’s perspectives,
they don’t have a clear idea of the Political Parties’ Election Manifestos so as to take a pragmatic
decision of choosing the right candidate. We, at Apollo & Dionysus, explored both the sides of the
coin and came up with the following conclusion.

Politics, especially in India, is more about riding on the emotions of the public. By addressing few
generic points such as Job Creation, Agriculture Subsidy, Basic amenities etc. a majority of the highly
famed Political Parties frame their Election Manifesto and do their best to woo the voting population.
But, what if these Political Parties are provided with the data of each constituency/district, their
demographics, age groups, the rate of employment, the rate of literacy and many such insights?
Won’t it lead to a better understanding of the condition of the public, their major problems and will give
them an opportunity to address the problems via the Manifesto, thereby, not only instilling a vote of
confidence amongst the voting class but also giving them a promise of change and good governance?
This way, data, and analytics can change the future of Politics.

From the voters’ perspective, the picture is far gloomier. As per the data released by the Election
Commission of India, 62% of rural voters are illiterate. As such, the idea of understanding the Election
Manifestos of various Political parties and then taking a voting decision, which will improve their future
and address their problems, is a distant possibility. In such areas, the majority of the votes are cast
due to the popularity of the Election Candidate and due to the word-of-mouth publicity. However, if the
general public is educated by the means of a video or by conducting public seminars and explaining
the manifestoes of the political parties can really help in taking an educated and practical decision in
voting.

We, at Apollo & Dionysus, believe that with the advent of a more connected world, it is time to
reshape the election process of the Biggest Democracy of the World. We not only know how to extract
meaningful information from data using our various Data Analytics tools but also have the expertise
and experience to draw out worth conclusions, which will restructure the dynamics of the election
process and thus, Politics!
The Future of Renewable Energy.

Few highlights of the time till now:

● Delhi is named as the most polluted capital city in the world.

● Cape Town is on verge of depleting its natural water resource.
● Wildfire, which was once an occurrence in years, is now a common phenomenon.
● Global temperature continues to rise and glaciers continue to melt.
● And many more.

The world is moving at a frenzied pace. But at the same time, we are being less considerate of what is
actually important to us. Just because the results are gradual, we hardly pay any attention. But the
signs are a drastic indication that things will have to change. And change fast, if human survival is
concerned.

So, what is the alternative? Should we head back to the Stone Age? Or should we wait for the
post-apocalyptic era to start acting in accord with nature? We, at Apollo & Dionysus, thought about
this impending problem and came up with the following possibilities:

Adapting renewable sources of energy: The Sun that is killing us is also giving us a way to adapt. The
solar energy is abundant, clean and can be tapped to solve the electricity woes of the world. Imagine
every rooftop equipped with Solar Panels creating at least enough energy to sustain its consumption.
This is no fairy tale or a hypothesis. Last year, Germany, showed the world that this can be achieved!
For the first time in the history of mankind, a country paid its inhabitants to use electricity as it’s
creation from renewable sources exceeded the consumption. The Germans, once again, after giving
the world Audi and Mercedes, presented the world with another way of excellence.

But why restrict ourselves to Solar? After all, not every place of Earth get abundant sunlight
throughout. That’s why depending completely on Solar will not be a practical approach. But
harnessing Solar and other forces of nature like, Wind and Water can definitely solve this problem
worldwide.

Cutting down on Pollutants: We are overly dependent on machines which keep adding to the
pollution levels; viz. Cars, Factories, Aeroplanes etc. But it’s time to make the big leap and switch their
way of functioning. Electric cars were first publically showcased in the late 2000s and in last decade,
though they’ve spread, sadly, not spread enough. The infrastructure required for their smooth running
is still not developed by many countries, due to which the whole mankind is paying the price. Similarly,
factories can be made completely fossil free by switching to the electric furnace and so can
Aeroplanes. Facebook tested Aquila, solar powered internet beaming plane, that successfully
circumferenced the earth just on Solar energy. If they can do it for beaming connectivity across the
globe, it can certainly be done for transporting people!

Adapting a green way of life: We all know about Carbon Credits given to countries and organization.
What if the same Carbon Credit, at a minuscule level, is given to households; and depending upon
their utilization/saving, some taxation penalty/relief can be awarded. The initiative might be mass
ridiculed at first, but, once the people are made aware of the long-term benefit, the idea will be gladly
accepted.

Apollo & Dionysus is born with such out-of-the-box ideas which have the power to restructure the
whole world. We believe that it’s never too late to start afresh. And with the current dire predicament,
the world is facing, we believe, such a thought, such spark can change everything!
The Future of Automotive Industry.

It all began in late 2007 when Chevrolet held a press conference and discussed the concept of
entering in electric automotive space and named their car Bolt, to be the pioneer. The concept took a
long time to finally see the light of the day, between which, Tesla entered and took the market by
storm.

Fast forward to 2018. The electric cars are no longer a part of concepts or fancy sci-fi movies. They’re
there on road and if you’re to, believe me, they’re the need of the hour. By current pace of our
consumption of natural resources, we’ll be living in a certain barren planet with no clean water, no
petroleum etc. in a pitiable state, which humankind has never experienced. So how do we check the
fall?

Transportation is the foremost reason for pollution. And it is time to check this and move onto a better
alternative. With the advent of technologies available with the likes of Tesla, Audi, BMW, Mercedes
and many others, we've got the solution to address the problem. But how can the technological
advances educate the people about its benefits? The products are made to counter the problem but
the product is not readily adopted and accepted by the mass population of the world. How can this be
done?

We, at Apollo and Dionysus, are an innovative bunch of people. And as always, we have an
innovative approach to address this issue. We figured out that the root cause of this problem of
educating people is the relationship a customer has with the car dealer. This needs to be innovated
and worked upon to make sure the customer has a look and feel of the future. So how do we do this?

Imagine this; you head to the car dealer to buy your car and you do two test drives - the normal way of
driving out the car on the roads and then the Augmented Reality Boosted test drive wherein you can
understand the performance of the car in different terrains. Not only this, but you’re able to understand
the different technologies embed in the car and experience it before you make your final choice.

What if the dealer and the customers are so well connected that after sales service and health
check-up of your car, never becomes a liability but an automated process? What if, all you ever have
to worry about is just putting your seat-belts on and all the other hassles like insurance, emergency
services notification and collision alert system make sure that you are never stuck in a remote
location.

The future of technology is unfathomable. The unexplored domains which can be unraveled are
countless. But with time, we need to make sure that we’re ready and prepped up for the ride. The
technology of connectivity clubbed with a technology of automation, savored with Quick Response
System (QRS) and garnished with an eco-friendly solution, can ensure that the future of transportation
is rounded up and heading for a greener tomorrow.
The Future of Urban Transportation - An ordered chaos!

Today we have everything that can be considered as the citadels of transportation - seamless metro,
adequate bus connectivity, almost smooth roads and smooth railroad fusion to ensure that Urban
Transportation is heading in the right direction. But is it really?

On paper, everything seems ordered; one can take the metro to drop off at the nearest station to work
and cover the last mile using the bus or any other means of Public Transportation. But the reality
shows a different picture altogether. This is due to the fact that the transportation services are
designed well but not executed in a people-friendly manner. Taking an example of Delhi NCR, the
transportation services have not been scaled up considering the population of commuters. As a result,
commutation during peak hours is a nightmare’s delight!

The population of Delhi NCR was roughly 42 million in 2016. By the time I finish writing this blog, at
least 100 more have born and 1000 may have migrated completely to the NCR. As such, the residing
population is on an exponential growth. However, to cater to their need, the services - primarily
transportation - have remained standstill. We have witnessed a hike in the fare of transportation
services to deter the casual ones, but, surprisingly, haven’t seen an upgradation in fleet services to
serve the need for daily commuters. Those commuting to offices, schools, and colleges using the
public transportation will curse the hike in fare but will submit to it, due to lack of any other feasible
option.

And contrary to public transport, personal transport has risen exponentially to a threatening level
leading to never-ending traffic jams, clogged roads and worsening air quality due to pollution. Due to
the increase in purchasing power of the people, almost everyone can afford a car; which one would
prefer to commute any day, over the dismal public transportation services on offer.

What have we done? Where have we been wrong? Can the state of Urban Transportation ever be
improved or will be live under its umbrella of ordered chaos?

We, at Apollo & Dionysus, love accepting challenges and solving the complex problems by applying
our out-of-box approach for every predicament. But this problem required more than just an out-of-box
approach. It requires something radical, clubbed with some drastic counter-measures to arrest the
worsening of the ecosystem.

Check on the purchasing power: No, we’re not asking the companies to cut-down on your pay
cheque. Instead, we’re advocating against the process of buying a car by just paying a fraction of it
from one's pocket, and relying almost completely on financial assistance provided by Banks and
NFBCs. The leverage provided by these financial institutions may seem as a boon initially but is
consuming the ecosystem from within like a Termite. The result is a menace! More cars on the road
every day, more consumption of non-renewable natural resources, more pollution, more congestion
on roads and the only thing getting less is - average time spent in productivity.

Revamping the Public Transport: To say that the current Public Transport framework is adequate
enough to handle the commuting population, would be a fundamental lie. If we’re to move towards
smart cities and futuristic approach, the entire definition of Public Transport has to change. In the
present scenario, we have everything that constitutes a Public Transport Framework; viz. Rail, Road,
Bus, Metro, and cabs. The only problem is, they’re neither organized nor efficient in dealing with the
situation. The number of buses needs to increase to provide better last mile connectivity; the metro
rail engine needs to be more powerful so as to pull number of coaches than they do; the frequency
and quality of local trains need to improve; alternative methods of public transport needs to be
advocated, like Podcabs, for improving connectivity within 1 square mile distance and many more.
Moreover, ensuring that all these methods of transportation are deployed using Green/Clean energy
is of utmost importance.

Improvement in Infrastructure: All the above points will be useless, unless the Government wakes
up to realise, that an upgrade in infrastructure is the need of the hour. Our road quality, the width of
the road, conditions of flyovers and encroachment on roads is far from being immaculate for any
driver. The Government spends millions of our taxed income every year, but the quality is good just
for a season. Across the globe, we can see examples of amazing technologies used and included in
the construction of roads - like roads built with Silicon infused Solar Panel, roads with piezoelectric
substances to generate electricity using movement of cars; but, our Government and Policy Makers
are still stuck with the traditional concrete roads with scores of potholes per square meter!

Innovative initiatives: Apart from building infrastructure and applying stringent rules, it is high time
that the Government should step up with some innovative initiatives to take things under control.
There have been few initiatives by individuals to motivate people for using carpool facility. It did
achieve some success as people knowing each other and working in the same organization are
practicing the method. But in order to restrict the agents of chaos like traffic, pollution wastage of fuel
etc. the carpool approach has to be accepted widely. This is where the Government needs to step in.
We’re scared to travel with unknown people as we don’t know them and there is no one to
authenticate their identity. But what if, the Government creates a portal wherein people can identify
themselves (using Aadhaar Card, PAN card, Background checks etc) and once that’s done, they’re
registered for the carpool service. This way, one registered/identified individual will be able to travel
with another registered/identified individual with comparatively less fear in mind. Such initiatives and
many more is the need of the hour if the current plight is to be addressed.

There is no sure shot way to end this vicious circle of chaos. But it is high time and drastic steps ought
to be taken to take control of this situation. A small spark is all that is required to light the way!
The Future of Sports Industry.

Let's have a big round of applause for all the athletes and their determination, that let India shine in
the medal tally of 2018 Commonwealth Games at number three. Affinity towards sports and fitness in
the Indian subcontinent is increasing at a rapid rate. But then, the affinity for sports was always there;
just not supported by the infrastructure to propel it in the right direction. With this pace, we can dare to
dream of the day, when Indian team will lift the FIFA trophy or any other coveted trophy in respective
sports.

What has brought this drastic change in the sports industry? Sports was always considered as a
synonym to Cricket in India, so how has the canvas changed so rapidly? Who would all benefit out of
this growing Audience Space?

The answer to all the above introspective questions is the dream of few daring individuals who,
against all odds, created and walked on the road, which no one before dared to tread on. Everyone
starting from manufacturer to organizer and service provider, who started the phenomenal change,
are sitting on a diamond mine. They just need a push and they would be ready to unleash the
potential of millions of children, who’re waiting to come out of their cocoon and fly across the horizon.

One such daring individual Mr. Satyam Agarwal, founder of Smashtress has explicitly proved that
impossible does not exist against determination and hard work. Just follow the stats below to get more
clarity on achievements of Smashtress.

● Number of operational years = 5+ years.

● Sports infrastructure developed = 50,000+ square meter.
● Number of Sports Enthusiasts engaged = 5000+
● Number of Matches Organised, Cricket = 2000+, Football = 500+, Badminton = 1500+,
Basketball = 200+
● Number of Leagues/Tournaments/Events Organised = 200+
● Number of Runs Scored = 4,00,000+
● Number of Balls Bowled = 4,80,000+
● Number of Cricket Ball used = 5000+

Smashtress as a company, heavily rely on technology and automation to streamline audience
journey and capture audience space unconquered. Smashtress is famous for setting trends
and benchmarks leaving the competition irrelevant.

The above number clearly states the amount of potential, the Sports Industry buries. With sharp
analytics and digitally equipped Branding Strategy any Blue Ocean Space(Emerging Markets) can be
easily captured. Apollo  &  Dionysus is ready for challenge and help our clients from diverse
sports space to mould there business model for future.
The Future of Real Estate.

You must be thinking why are we suddenly publishing back-to-back insights? We just published one
related to the emerging Sports Industry in India, so this insight could have been pushed at least for
the next fortnight. Right?

But then, we stumbled upon a news which, may not sound unusual as we’re used to it, but will have
the ripple effect across all the industries; majorly impacting the Real Estate. World Health
Organisation’s (WHO) latest study on the world’s polluted cities of the planet, has 9 (yes, nine !!) out
of 10 from India. A list that has put India on the top of ‘Wall of Shame’!

Now that it is out for one and all to see, it will create a negative impact on the society as a whole.
There will be many repercussions and all industries will suffer the setback. But the one most impacted
one will be the Real Estate industry.

The 9 out of 10 cities listed by WHO majorly constitute Tier A or Tier B cities. These are the cities
where the educated people from across India migrate to in order to build their future by finding jobs,
opportunities or even better education services. All this inflow of people gives rise to the demand of
Real Estate, which in turn drives the market.

But with the current news on the global canvas, the influx of people is going to get affected as no sane
person will sacrifice his health for a window of opportunity. Besides, these opportunities can be
created anywhere if the person remains healthy. As such, the demand for Real Estate will fall leading
to a drastic fall in the prices of Real Estate.

So, how can the situation be improved? Is it too late to reverse the condition? We, at Apollo &
Dionysus, think otherwise.

Let’s think of few plausible scenarios of the future:

Developer’s contribution: What if, all the real estate developers of the city/locality are entrusted with
an additional responsibility of developing the 2 Km radius from the location of the project. If there are
more than one developers in a locality, then the development area will overlap; thereby reducing the
burden on any single developer. You might think that developing just 2 Kms nearby ain’t going to
develop the whole city/nation. But a small initiative by the resourceful few can definitely start a
revolution.

Home owner’s contribution: Every time someone buys a house/land, a small percentage, preferably
between 0.5% - 1% of the total cost of the property is set aside for the development of the nearby
society. This fund can be used for construction of Green Belt (trees and parks), placement of dustbins
at proper intervals and if the magnitude of the funds permit, then even implementation of independent
solar grid for the society to take care of the common lighting needs such as, street lights, park lights
etc. can be dreamt off.

Government’s contribution: Whether it’s the taxes levied to the developers while allotting the land to
them or the tax levied to the end consumer when he buys the finished house, the government has its
way chalked out of taking it the piece of the pie. What is not chalked out, or rather transparent, is how
the same tax deposited by the corporations and consumers alike are put to use for the benefit of the
people. If the Government is ready for the initiative, we at Apollo & Dionysus are ready to accept the
challenge and build such a platform wherein, one and all can view the exact inflow of cash by
taxpayers and the expenditure made by the Government for the development of infrastructure.

Apollo & Dionysus is made up of individuals who believe it’s never too late to change the
world. We look at the problem and try to find an approach that will not just solve it for the
moment but will reap benefits for eternity if implemented immaculately. We dream of a new,
better and enriching future and have the passion to turn the tables whenever the need is.
The Future of 2019 Lok Sabha Elections.

Everyone has been talking about the problem. We at Apollo & Dionysus took a step forward and tried
dissecting road to 2019 Lok Sabha election which concludes at Big Data. We mixed some meaningful
numbers that we gathered from our research on the audience affinity. We then categorized audience
concerns which are most impactful and affect widespread audience across the nation. Also, we
categorized Constituency vide audience concerns which have to be addressed by Contestant as a
part of tailor-made Manifesto. So let’s sneak peek before it is implemented.

The most important Audience in 2019 Lok Sabha election is Millennials(Born between the year 1981
to 2001). This set of Audience is considered to be heavily penetrated with the Internet and the Internet
channels will be the most crucial among all channels to target this set of Audience. Millennials
account for 46% of the total voters participating in 2019 Lok Sabha election and can make or break
these elections.

The Political Party with the clearest roadmap will win 2019 Lok Sabha elections. The Political Party
that will release the list of contestants first would take a substantial lead and would have the highest
affinity of winning 2019 Lok Sabha elections. This would help Millennials, access the portfolio of the
candidate in much detailed manner. The Political Party that releases candidate lists last clearly depict
of their confused state and would clearly tip-off Millennials about corruption in ticket distribution.

The Political Party who list the issues which majorly impact Indian mainland in their manifesto will win
2019 Lok Sabha elections. The Political Party with National Manifesto clearly depicting the
below-mentioned themes will win the election.

1. Employment(Economy boost at stable pace with opportunities emerging for Millennials)

2. Education(Teacher training & upskilling with latest trends to meet the talent criterion of the
hour)
3. Inflation(Cost control of essentials(i.e. food, water, shelter, medical & healthcare services))
4. Population(Implementation of one child policy & decentralization of development).
5. Pollution(Enough of Green, White & Industrial revolutions it is high time for clean revolution)
6. Women(Female Foeticide, Pay Imbalance, Equal right in Ancestral Property)

The above-listed problems are well known to Millenials. The main thing an Audience would be
concerned would be the solution to the above problems, implementation strategies and deadlines for
completion.

The Manifesto’s specially meant for Constituency has to be made tailor cut to address concerns
bothering people in that constituency. Please have a look at following examples for better
understanding. A constituency in Delhi might have problems like Traffic management, Illegal parking,
pollution where else another constituency in Delhi might be struggling with Clean Water, Poor
Healthcare & Medical Services.

The Political Parties aiming for 2019 Lok Sabha Election have to be sharp on audience analytics and
brand management to score high or else key audience of 2019 Lok Sabha would slip to competitor or
NOTA. Apollo & Dionysus is ready to help you outshine competition by helping you connect with right
Audience and building sustainable Political Manifesto.
The Future of Fossil Fuel Industry - "Enough of Fuel Stations, It's time for Charge Stations"

Bharat Stage 4 will shift to Bharat Stage 6? The answer is EV will be new Bharat Stage 6.

Every 1 out of 10 car sold in India by 2022 will be Electric Cars. This number would increase to 5 out
of 10 by 2030. Is India ready for EV revolution, does India Inc. supports infrastructure to run EV. Yes,
we are ready for the change. With the increasing pollution level, the need of Charge Stations rather
than Fuel Station is more. This will directly boost the sales of EVs and would give consumer
confidence to infer EVs as a more promising mode of commute.

With Automotive manufacturers aggressively planning to launch new EVs in the Indian market, it’s
high time when Fuel stations take a shift to Charge stations. With rising fuel prices and the
government imposing a hefty levy on fossil fuel sales, the fossil fuel market of India has to take a shift
or else die of suffocation with no sales.

With the standardization of EV charge technologies, the EVs are penetrating Automotive industry at
an extremely rapid pace.
The Future of Wealth Management

Effectively carry out your wealth management to ensure a solid financial future!

It would not be wrong to say that improper asset allocation is probably the most significant
impediment in the creation of wealth. Wealth inequality is on the rise today and is consistently soaring.
In addition to that, being unaware of your own assets, under or over maintenance, improper operation,
improper risk management and sub-optimized management systems of assets are other significant
risks to effective wealth management. In today’s day and age, if you are managing your wealth
improperly, chances of you going bust are high. If statistics are to be believed, the richest 1% is
expected to own at least 2/3rd of global wealth by 2030. Wealth distribution (or should we say the lack
of it) can easily be called the defining problem of our age. This kind of inequality has been the cause
of revolts and revolutions in the past. And unless you do something to fix it, history will likely repeat
itself.

The wealth management industry in India faces countless challenges today. There are dozens of
issues related to wealth management that need our immediate attention. These issues need to be
addressed in order to ensure the financial well-being of everyone around the world. If we wish to
grow, preserve and protect our wealth, transfer our excess wealth while we live and pass on our
wealth through our estate when we die, it is essential to take note of these complex wealth
management issues.

Firstly, investments are a real cause of concern as it is common to see working individuals ignoring
risk management where asset allocation is concerned. Investment strategies need to be embraced in
order to make sure that you are able to preserve and build your wealth in the long run effectively.
Secondly, it is imperative to consider investing in a comprehensive investment plan as this is another
pertinent issue toward effectively managing your wealth today. Individuals also have a tendency of
ignoring the management of liabilities in addition to spending their time and energy on developing
their assets. Besides all these vital issues, wealth management is also influenced by factors such as
business succession planning, stock options, qualified IRA coordination/retirement plan, durable
power of attorney and titling of assets, etc.

Before we jump to the solutions, it is crucial to take note of the fact that wealth management need not
be so difficult a task. If you follow certain protocols and rules during your lifetime, it is pretty
straightforward to manage your assets and wealth in the future. The first step to managing your
wealth is to realize that your ability to happily enjoy the kind of lifestyle you want or currently lead is
profoundly correlated to your ability to preserve and build your wealth effectively. It is necessary to
seek professional assistance in this regard in order to evaluate and determine your asset allocation as
well as perform thorough risk management. In addition to that, if you have worked extremely hard,
invested and saved wisely in order to get where you now are in your life, it is important to invest in a
comprehensive insurance plan, keeping in mind everything that is at stake. This is critical for
preserving your future holdings and current assets. In the same vein, it is pertinent for you to spend as
much time managing liabilities as developing your assets. Also, people usually overlook the titling of
assets which is an essential step to an all-inclusive estate plan. If you do not undertake this task
properly, you could potentially expose all your loved ones to transfer and tax issues.

Therefore, the key is in identifying the most pressing issues that are relevant to you vis-à-vis wealth
management and then prioritizing and addressing those issues. Always take a highly disciplined
approach to managing your wealth to avoid risks in the future.
We, at Apollo and Dionysus, are an innovative bunch of people who have an innovative approach to
address this issue. Apollo & Dionysus, feel that the whole system is to be redesigned, reinvented and
restructured to not just address the issues of the present, but also equip the young to face any
challenges of the future.
The Future of Agriculture

Technology is going to play a vital role in the future of agriculture!

Agriculture is one of the most critical activities in a country because it is responsible for feeding people
around the world. In present times, good practices in agriculture are becoming more and more
important because of the climate and an increase in the overall requirement for food around the world.
There are also many global trends that influence food security as well as the overall sustainability of
agricultural systems and food.

According to recent international summits and reports, there are a lot of gaps between the demand for
agricultural produce and the actual supply. The leading causes of these gaps, as pointed out by the
reports, are a scarcity of natural resources, demographics, food waste and climate change. The
statistics state that by 2050, there will a 70% increase in the food requirement around the world.
Hence, it is evident that there is a strict need to recreate the strategies and use new methods and
technology to fill the existing gaps.

“Agriculture 4.0” or smart farming techniques is the way out and can contribute towards achieving
goals to meet the food needs of the world. However, in order to implement it properly, there is a need
to have consistent efforts from the side of the government actors, non-government agencies,
innovative agricultural technologies, and investors.

The future of agriculture seems very promising if the implementation is done in the best possible way.
It would not require too many fertilizers, water or even land. Agriculture can use sophisticated
technologies, robots, aerial images, moisture sensors, precision agriculture and much more. If
implemented well, it can be much safer, profitable, environment-friendly and efficient.

Innovative agriculture is the biggest tool that can empower agriculture with the help of technology.
Some other solutions that can change the face of agriculture are smart production techniques that can
help in extracting the maximum yield from a farm by using advanced procurement technology.
Moreover, to tackle the problem of water shortage, there can be a process for water treatment in
place in addition to the creation of high-performing wetland creation. On top of that, IoT-based
technology can also bring about a big change in agricultural yields. One of the examples of that is the
advanced sprinklers based on IoT that infuses water to the agricultural fields whenever the water level
is lower than a fixed preset threshold. Another interesting technological innovation is the smart pest
crawler that helps in combating the problems of pests with the help of smart pesticide ejecting drones.

Overall, the future of agriculture looks very promising, thanks to all the technological advancements
and innovations in the field. Experts are working diligently to help meet the gaps between the demand
and supply in the field of agriculture. With the help of the right funding, government support and
citizen contribution, there can be a lot of improvements in the field of agriculture and the world can
finally aim at providing food for every human being. We at Apollo & Dionysus are happy to announce
