INFORMATION

That on about November 30, 2019 in the Barangay Calabnugan, Municipality of

Sibulan and within the jurisdiction of this Honarble Court, that the said accused
while in a darkest cover of night time committed the crime of murder with
treachery and hiding his identity to afford impunity of the said crime. In a
probable cause, the accused while waiting under the bridge of Purok 3 of the said
barangay did then shot DEMETRIO CASTRO with a revolver on the head with three
shots. The accused is said to be covering his head with mask to conceal his
identity even in cover of darkness which he availed impunity of the crime
committed.
