2. Background
The provision of the Biometric System is to improve the attendance and time tracking of the AMTI
resources deployed to Synchrony-Alabang account. This is aims to automate all the monitoring
and improve the attendance reporting.
This aims to formally document the endorsement and acceptance of the Biometrics unit
provisioning to the account/project.
AMTI will be responsible in the installation, de-installation and pullout of the unit for use
and even repair. Biometrics model and Specifications:
With the endorsement assistance of DXC SDM unit will be pulled out from the account for unit
repair or EOC.
4. Reporting
Service Delivery Lead will be responsible in the bi-monthly extraction of Attendance and Time
report for 15th and 30th cutoff payroll schedule.
Attendance Acceptance Report will be submitted to DXC Technology SDM (Service Delivery
Manager) for signature and acceptance.
