Product Description
• This document is the specification of 32.0” TFT-LCD MONITOR for application of Multi –sync KTS320DSI01 is a High quality TFT-LCD display solution for industrial display device
having RoHS conformity.
• Native Resolution: FHD(1920 * 1080 @60Hz), Recommended FHD(1920 * 1080 @ 60Hz)
• Image Screen Input Signal : HDMI
• Single DC Power Operate : DC +24V/2.08A(typ.)
• Detachable OSD Keypad with magnetic back plate
• MTBF 50,000 Hours (Luminance condition - 50% reduction Criteria)

• Keep wires away from high voltage or high temperature component.
• Before replacing any of these components, read the parts list carefully. If the fuse is blown, replace it with the fuse specified in the Parts List.

Touch display Connections


1. Connect a HDMI cable from your computer to the monitor.

2. Connect the USB Touch cable (Type B) between the monitors USB connector and your computer’s USB port.

3. Connect the power cable to the monitors input power connector

4. The touch display turn on When the monitor is ON state.

POWER
To turn the display on or off, the Power Status LED on the OSD controller functions according to the following table.

Group Color Description

RED DPMS(display power management signaling), No Input Signal

LED GREEN Power On, Normal Operation

BLINKING Checking Input Signal

TOUCH
Your touch display is factory-calibrated and does not require manual calibration. Unless the input video is not fully scaled to the native resolution, or the touch experience needs to
be calibrated to a specific user.

VIDEO
A display’s native resolution is its width and height measured in number of pixels. Generally, for best performance, an image displayed on this monitor will look best when your
computers output resolution matches this KTS320DSI01’s native resolution of 1920X1080

On Screen Display (OSD)


Our current display is provided with a wired ‘On Screen Display’ remote control. This comes with a magnetic back plate.
Connect the LAN cable between the monitors LAN connector and OSD LAN port. The function of OSD buttons according to the following tables

User Interface
1. Main Menu

Item Description

Contrast Increase/decrease monitor contrast. Default : 50

Brightness Increase/decrease monitor brightness. Default : 100

Selects the display’s color temperature.


The available color temperatures are 9300K, 7500K, 6500K, 5500K, and User Defined.
Color Temp
If the User Defined option is selected, the user can change the color temperature by changing
individual R, G, and B gains on a scale from 0 to 100. Default : User

User Temp Increase/decrease User R/G/B Color.

OSD H. Pos Adjusts the horizontal location of the OSD menus on the display. Default : Center

OSD V. Pos Adjusts the vertical location of the OSD menus on the display. Default : Center

Adjusts how long a period of OSD button inactivity the touch display will wait before closing the OSD.
OSD Timer The adjustable range is between 0 and 30 seconds.
Default : 10 seconds

Selects which language the OSD information is displayed in. The available languages are: English,
Language French, German, Spanish, Italian, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese.
Default : English

Selects the OSD display direction between Landscape and Portrait to match your physical orientation.
Rotate OSD This adjusts the rotation of the OSD text.
Default: Landscape

Item Description

DPMS Select DPMS function Enable, Disable. Default : Enable

Aspect Ratio Switch the scaling method between Full Scaling, 5by4 and 4by3 Aspect Ratio. Default: Full Scaling

Sharpness Adjust sharpness of the displayed images between 0 to 4 step. Default : 0 step

Information Display information window including current setting with DPMS, Rotate OSD, Language, Input, Input Timing

Memory Recall Selecting “Memory Recall” restores all user Default data.

Day Light Saving Allow time to be changed by one hour to accommodate for daylight savings time change. Default : Off

Time The time can be set in the 24-hour format of HH:MM:SS

Date The date can be set in the format of MM-DD-YYYY.

Select the OSD display direction between Landscape and Portrait to match your physical orientation.
Schedule This adjusts the rotation of the OSD text.
Default: Landscape

On Time Select the monitor on time with scheduling.

Off Time Select the monitor off time with scheduling.

On. OFF Week Select the monitor On. Off scheduling by week.

Press and hold the “Down” buttons for two seconds to enable/disable the OSD Locking feature.
OSD Lock When the OSD Locking is enabled, pressing any of the Menu, Up, Down, or Select keys will have no effect
on the system.

Section 5 : Technical Support
If you are experiencing trouble with your touch display, refer to the following suggestions. If the problem persists, please contact your local dealer or contact Kortek Customer Service.

Trouble shooting
NO Problem Possible solution
1 "NO SYNC" message Check if the signal cable (HDMI) is properly connected to the computer.
This message may appear when the resolution and frequency of the video card in the computer are out the range of the Monitor.
2 "UNSUPPORTED" message
Select the proper resolution and frequency for the Monitor
3 LED doesn’t work / No image Check if the display is switched on or the power cable is properly connected.

Make sure the resolution and frequency of the computer video card are set properly to the range of the Monitor.
4 A shadowed area appears on the screen.
Set the picture again referring to the standard display mode and current mode.
Check if signal cable is secured, Check if frame (vertical) frequency of video signal is lower than 75Hz
Image is unstable
5 because this monitor can not run over 75Hz.
(Flicker, Interference, Noise, etc.)
In this case, please change the setting of ‘Display Control Panel’ of Windows to 60Hz, that displays the best performance
Adjust the Frequency or Phase.
6 Dull image Adjust the frame (vertical) frequency to 60Hz.
Remove any video signal distributor.
7 The image is too light or too dark Adjust the Brightness and Contrast in the picture menu.

8 Dark or saturated image Adjust the Brightness or Contrast.

Select the desired color setting in the picture menu.


9 Image appears to be discolored
Select or adjust the desired color temperature.

General notice
1. Never touch the portions with the marking ( ) : Serious injury or even death may result.
2. Do not expose the set to rain or water. : A risk of fire or electric shock can result.

4. Do not attempt to service or modify the set without prior permission of the manufacturer. : A risk of fire or electric shock can result.
5. Leave the maintenance service to a service engineer having qualification, knowledge and experience. : A risk of electric shock, injury or fire can result.
6. Always employ genuine parts indicated in the service manual for replacement. : A risk of fire or electric shock can result.

8. Use the specified binding bands, clampers, tubes and barriers--all of which are necessary for insulation/protection-in their original positions in reassembling.

Cautions of Assembly/Disassembly

When removing the cables from their connectors, take care not to damage the wire portions so as to prevent the occurrence of poor contact.
When attaching/detaching screws, use a screwdriver that is well-fit to the screw size.
