Eagle is a 25 year old company providing IT solutions involving Servers, Storage, Networking, Printers,
Plotters, Laptops and Desktops to customers across India.

Based at New Delhi, with 10 branches across the country, Formed in 1993 and operating from 10
locations across India, Eagle distributes its products through a channel of over 500 Business Partners.

We provide support at 214 locations across India through 10 fully-functional offices at the following
locations:

Delhi, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Lucknow, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Guwahati

All the above offices have trained manpower and carry spare parts inventory for the purpose of
service. All necessary statutory registrations and compliances are in place

Service Provider

Services keep IT equipment functioning at optimal performance levels. Eagle sells packaged services like HP
Care Pack to upgrade service levels to extend and expand standard product warranty from OEMs. Eagle also
provides support and installation services at 78 locations across India to Business Partners who would like to
provide hardware, software and networking services at these locations but do not have the reach.

Infrastructure Management Services

Installation. Get us to install your servers, PCs, laser printers, plotters, and notebooks, networking
equipment and software across the country. Our engineers ensure that all equipment is installed and
configured uniformly as per customer need.

Service Centers. Our service centers are based in convenient locations so that it is easy for you to send your
faulty equipment for repair.

Resident Engineer. Deploy a resident engineer from our team of trained and groomed experts to manage
your IT facility.

Help Desk. Establish a Help Desk to manage technical support problems, keep track of support reps and
view which departments are making requests, and what types of problems are being reported.
Availability Services
Hardware services. Covers support for Servers, PC’s, Notebooks, Printers, Plotters and other common
peripherals from multiple vendors e.g. HP, Compaq, IBM, Acer, Wipro, HCL, Epson & TVSE.

Networking services. Covers installation and maintenance of enterprise wide networks comprising
networking equipment from Cisco, Enterasys, 3 Com and structured cabling systems for multiple vendors.

Software services. Covers installation and support services on Operating Systems (Windows, SCO Unix,
Linux), Mail Systems (MS Exchange, Sendmail), Databases (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and Application
Software.

Systems Health Check. Fine tuning and optimizing can dramatically increase the reliability of your network.
A system health check, involves visiting the customer’s site for a specified period of time to review, analyze,
and optimize pre-specified product implementations, such as server hardware, server OS or email systems.
Our detailed systems health checks report includes recommendations for enhancements, upgrades and
new configurations.

Preventive Maintenance. Regular preventive maintenance helps save time and money, safeguards data
and improves performance. Covers physical clean-up to remove dust, checking file system for errors, hard
disks for read/write errors, scanning hard disks and files for viruses and defragmentation of hard disk
volumes.
