1.0 Head of English Language Panel Speech
1.1 Thanked all members for being present for the first meeting of English panel
for 2020.
1.2 Thanks to all English teachers for the cooperation in all activities thru the
whole year of 2019 and also the UPSR results.
1.3 Welcoming the new teachers.
1.4 Speech from Mr. Nor Azman as a representative from the administrator.

2.0 Distribution of Minutes

2.1 Accepted without any amendments.

3.0 PKSR 2 & UPSR Analysis

3.1 TOV & ETR

- Teachers just add the marks personally according to your class teaching.
- Teachers of Year 4 can set the TOV & ETR after first monthly test.
- TOV of UPSR will be set after “Kecemerlangan” meeting.

6.1 CEFR Year 4 In-house Training by Pn Sharmin Zunita

- new curriculum purpose, format and content
- approaches to listening, speaking, reading, writing lesson
- new skill - language arts & language awareness
6.2 Head of English Panel reminded teachers to submit lesson plan on time and
lengthen the activities in the lesson plan.
6.3 Year 6 extra classes will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and
Saturday.
