FLVS AP Exam Only Join Code Request Form 2019-20

For Students​: Unless you were given specific directions for testing in Hillsborough, Escambia, Pasco, or
Pinellas County, you must provide this form to your test site’s AP coordinator ​prior to October 4, 2019​ to
receive the exam only join code(s).​ ​Once received, ​you must enter the exam only join code(s) in
myap.collegeboard.org ​within 24 hours for your exam(s) to be ordered.​ Instructions for adding the
join code(s) are included on page 2 of this document.
If you have an active IEP or Section 504 Plan, ask your FLVS AP instructor for the directions to request
accommodations from the College Board. Please note that the approval process can take up to seven
weeks. You must provide your test site’s AP coordinator with a list of your approved accommodations
upon receipt of approval from the College Board.
If you withdraw from an AP course and no longer plan to test, it is your responsibility to reach out to the
test site and request that they cancel your AP exam order.

For instructions on creating an exam only section at myap.collegeboard.org, please reference pages
63-64 of the ​2019-20 AP Coordinator’s Manual, Part 1.​ Once you create the exam only section, the
exam only join code​ should be automatically generated and provided to me for entering into My AP.
After I have entered the exam only join code, you should be able to confirm my enrollment and include
me in your exam order. To read more about how to access the exam only join codes, please reference
page 66 of the​ 2019-20 AP Coordinator’s Manual, Part 1.
