Played the role of QA Lead for several projects of Loan Coverage Insight project and Collateral
Valuation Disposition Pricing Operational Enhancements project of Single Family division of Freddie
Mac.

Project #1 – Collateral Valuation Disposition Pricing (CVDP) Operational Enhancements


Release 1, 2 & 3
The Operational Enhancements involves the addition of new Foreclosure Bid Valuation Selection grid
to the calculation of valuation of foreclosure bids and also a list of additional business rules
associated with new grid as well as its impact on the valuation calculation using other grids. This also
includes some application UI changes to cater the addition of new grid to the system as well as

addition of the functionality of creating Disputes for the Short Sale requests and perform their
calculations for loans.

Project #2 – Loan Coverage insight (LCI) Legacy Conversion Release 2


The Release 2 conversion involves the creation of Work Orders to take care of migration of past
Settlement and Non Standard Transfer of Servicing deal terms. For all legacy Settlements, the
process creates Settlement Work Order, associate the work order to corresponding loans and update
Selling Exclusion table with any carve outs. For all legacy Non standard Transfers, the process
creates non standard work orders, update the transfer effective date for Transferor and Transferee as
per the Accountability Transfer Date.

Project #3 – LCI Legacy Conversion Release 1


Loan Coverage Insight (LCI) project serves the purpose of capturing, tracking and maintaining
various risk sharing instruments including: Selling and Servicing representations and warrants as well
as mortgage insurance information and credit enhancement details. The Legacy Loan Conversion
added 11 million active loans funded before 1/1/2013 into the LCI’s new Rep & Warrant framework as
part of Release 1. This enables a comprehensive view of the risk characteristics of the entire Freddie
Mac loan portfolio and also resolve any inconsistencies in Representation and Warrants (R&W) data
of legacy loans.

Test/UAT Lead – Multiple Projects, TD Bank (Client of Sapient)Location: New Jersey, US


Played a key role of Test/UAT Lead for several projects of TD Bank that is one of the 10 largest banks
in the US and considered as America’s Most Convenient Bank.

Project # 1 – Online Account Opening Direct Deposit Accounts (OAO DDA) Enhancement Rel.2
Played key roles of Test Lead and Subject Matter Expert for a most visible DCTS program of TD
Bank. OAO DDA is an Online Account opening application for the bank which also enabled funding
and identity proofing services as part of enhancements. The new release adds the capability of
recognizing the existing customers and provides extra support to open accounts online. It enables the
customers to perform debit or credit card funding to the new accounts. Along with this, there is an
addition to include State ids and Passport Ids to the identity proofing services for customers.
Project # 2 – TD Advance Deposit
Advance Deposit is the new initiative of the bank in the field of short loans. The eligible bank
customers are allowed to take Advance Deposit i.e. short loans. The bank offered this feature through
web intercepts and banner ads. The customer is also allowed to change the payment option settings
for the Advance deposit. Bank is also targeting Mobile customers by allowing transfers from and to
the Advance Deposit account.
Project # 3 – Retail Internet Banking (RIB) User Experience (UEX) 1.1
RIB is the Retail Internet Banking application for the bank which enables the bank customer to
manage his/her bank accounts, make payments, do transfers, setup alerts, and contact Customer
service for any inquiry. The RIB User Experience brings more fresh and user friendly RIB interface
both in English and Spanish with more enhanced features like help content, Debit Card enrollment,
improved compliance, etc.
Project # 4 – Online Account Opening Direct Deposit Accounts (OAO DDA) Enhancement
OAO DDA is an Online Account opening application for the bank which enabled funding and identity
proofing services as part of enhancements. The new OAO enables the customer to open an account
online with required funding as well. The customer is allowed to fund his/her account using his/her TD
bank account or other financial institution.

Project Description – Corporate Applications project
RA engine is a part of the executive compensation system used by the Corporate Applications team.
RA engine comprises of different automated nightly processes which allocates compensation grants
to a large number of employees. The engine supports the proper selection, slicing and allocation of
revenue to the employee accounts. It also involves the Exception Management User Interface which
supports the exception handling in case of erroneous transactions.

North (TDBN) Middleware (Web Sphere), system of records (Fidelity “Systematics”), and system
integration points (check image, eStatements, ORCC, check reordering,
Quicken/QuickBooks/Microsoft Money, Mortgage and Credit Cards).

the paper and phone based system. The system provides efficient way of flow of critical information
