3.00 Site Matters

3.01 SNA issued EI for installation of settlement marker. SECG to update SNA SECG
on the monitoring status every Wednesday of the week. Ongoing.

3.02 SECG informed to issue method statement for rectification work to SNA SECG
for crack due to land settlement at neighboring housing once the road
work on site is done.

3.03 EA issued the foundation as built of the neighboring housing to SNA. SNA
SNA in progress to prepare monthly report. Target issue final report to
EA after 3 months.

3.04 SECG requested EA to take down the marketing poster for SECG to EA
dismantle hoarding on site.

4.00 Contractor Matters

4.01 SECG informed sitting and squatting WC installation in progress on site. Note

4.02 AM requested SECG to add coping at façade between lot 78 and lot SECG
80 as divider for signboard.

4.03 AM inform a few items required rectification on site: SECG


a. Exposed gap at power socket
b. Window frame not straight
c. Screed issue causing window not able to close
d. Wrong painting on signage fin

SECG to start rectification and cleaning on site.

4.04 SECG informed hoarding dismantle work in progress on site. Dismantle SECG
work started on 25 Nov 2019.

5.00 Nominated Sub-contractors Matters

5.01 PLP to take out additional lighting point at soffit of staircase landing. PLP
Pending PLP.

6.00 Architectural Matters

6.01 AM informed Pemeriksaan Interim submitted to MPSJ. Pending Note


comment from MPSJ. Perancang and Bangunan inspection done,
pending Kejuruteraan respond.

6.02 AM informed after Pemeriksaan Interim approved, required to proceed All


for Pemeriksaan I & II submission before submitting for CCC. AM
informed to start document preparation.

6.03 AM to explore on relocation of letter box for affordable unit Lot 78 and AM
Lot 80.

6.04 AM informed POS submission pending cheque payment of RM300 from AM/
EA. EA

6.05 AM and EA to get quotation for signage from signage contractor. AM

7.00 Civil & Structural Matters

7.01 SNA informed pending approval with SKP amount from SYABAS. SECG SNA
only able to start work after official approval letter obtained.

7.02 SECG to trim affordable unit water tank structure as per SNA instruction. SECG

7.03 SNA informed documents all ready for PDC 7 submission. Pending fee EA
from EA for submission.

7.04 EA requested SNA for proposal to hack of and make good existing SNA/
retaining wall facing front road. SNA to issue detail drawings for ELP to ELP
do costing.

8.00 Mechanical & Electrical Matters

8.01 Pending EA to confirm on HDD work contractor for TNB to start EA


installation work. KA informed TNB intended to start work on site but not
able to do so due to pending HDD work to be done.

9.00 Quantity Surveyor Matters

9.01 KA to issue RFV for rock hack to EA based on ELP assessment. KA KA


informed to issue by this week.

10.00 Landscape Matters

10.01 Up to 12 Nov 2019, no work done on site by KJ for grasscrete. SECG KJ


informed not advisable to start grasscrete work before TNB work
completed.

10.02 SECG requested 6 disable ramp construction to park under KJ for easier KJ
disable tactile work to be carry out. KJ and ELP to take note.

10.03 KJ in progress to do slope turf planting on site. KJ

11.00 Other Matters
