This is the workout that the actors used to get ready for their roles in the Movie
"300". Complete each exercise in as few sets as possible and remember to workout
at your own intensity! Anyone can do this workout, so give it a shot!
List of Exercises:
1. 25 Pull-Up
2. 50 Deadlift (135lbs)
3. 50 Push-Ups
4. 50 Box-Jump (24inch)
5. 50 Floor Wipers (Use a 1-1 Count)
6. 25 Kettlebell Clean Presses (36lbs) (Each hand)
7. 25 Pull-Up
NOTE: Timestamps are available for each exercise in the info section of the video when
watching on YouTube.
This means if you cannot perform as many sets and reps as I do in the video, do as many
as you can.
