6.0 Fire Alarm System

1 Supply and install master fire alarm panel (Addresable Type
System) c/w mimic diagram, batteries and battery charging
equipment.
a. Control Room L/sum

2 Supply and lay fire alarm wiring for both signal and power cable to L/sum
all the detector, pump panel, lift panel, fan panel and other area as
indicated in the drawing.

3 Supply and lay power booster for power cable as indicated in the L/sum
drawing. (if necessary)

4 Supply and install fire alarm devices c/w associated works.

a. Smoke detector L/sum

b. Breakglass Call Point L/sum
c. Alarm Bell L/sum

5 Supply and install alarm devices for interfacing with pressurizationi L/sum
exhaust fan panel,panel, butterfly valve as indicated in the drawing.

6 Supply and install SPKA - Sistem Pengawasan Kebakaran L/sum

Automatik ( c/w necessary accessories).

7 Items not included above but shown on accompanying drawing and

obviously necessary for the successful completion and efficient
operation of the entire system. If none is required, please write 'NIL'
