Job Description: Storage Protocol Testing

•Responsibilities:

•White box testing of linux kernel storage stack

•Collaborate with the team to deliver use case driven test design and test cases
•Design, review and refine test strategies for error injection and code coverage testing of product
storage features.

•A team player to work with engineering team to improve test effectiveness, efficiencies and build
required automation tools.

•Experience/Required Skills
•BE or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
•3 to 10 years of hands-on experience with any of storage protocol testing (HDD,
SAS/SATA/SCSI/NVMe, RAID, NAS, iSCSI).

•Good knowledge in overall DAS, NAS and SAN protocols.

•Working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
•Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
•Good understanding of Linux kernel subsystem
•Strong written and communication skills
•Good to have skills
•Script experience with Python and BASH
•Good to have knowledge of docker, hypervisor, dtrace, systemtap, File System Concepts, ZFS and
performance testing

•Hand on experience with Finisar Xgig analyser or similar tools
