Position: BIOS Testing Engineer

• Candidate will be responsible for Validating BIOS for Server, Microservers, desktops and mobile
platforms. Should have basic understanding of BIOS Features.

Qualifications and Education requirements : -

• Bachelor of Engineering with specialization on ECE or CSE or IT or Master of Computer

Applications with 2- 5 years’ experience in the following areas

Technical Skills : -

• Good understanding of Intel Architecture, Operating System, Driver, BIOS fundamentals, and FW
fundamentals;
• Strong low level debugging skills that enable the root causing of issues at the firmware and
hardware level and Operating System (OS) internals.
• Good hands-on development/validation experience of popular server/PC technologies including
PCI/PCI-E, USB, SAS/SATA, i2C/SMBUS, IPMI, BIOS/EFI and DIMM, Storage, Networking, RAS, etc;
• Candidate should be able to root cause silicon enabling and system integration issues to sub
system/source code level and should have experience in defect duplication and investigation.
• Debug experience with ITP is required.
• Closely collaborate with different groups troubleshoot and debug cross-discipline issues on
server platforms
• Excellent problem solving skills that enable the effective investigation and narrow-down of
complex issues.
• Experience in programming with Python is a plus.
• Excellent English verbal and writing skills required.
