Teacher’s Notes

Divide your students in 2 groups – A and B

Write down on the board

CAT - DOG – COW – SNAKE (TEAM A)

PINK – BLUE – GREEN – RED (TEAM B)

Ask your students to write on a piece of paper the numbers:

And then they should write the words on the board on a number, they choose the
sequence, for example

10 SNAKE
20 DOG
30 COW
40 CAT

Finally, have them work in pairs, one student A and one student B, hand out half of the
worksheet. If the student wrote animals, he should get the color half of the worksheet. If
he wrote colors he should get the animal half of the worksheet.
The student then tells his partner what he’s chosen. For instance:

- I chose 10 – SNAKE
- Oh, So In 10 year’s time you’ll have won the lottery...
