Sub: Stepping up of Pay as per ORSP-2008 with that of my junior, Sri Kalinga Kishore
Mohanty VAW under DAO, Salepur.

Sir,
I beg to draw your kind attention that, I am drawing less pay than my junior Sri
Kalinga Kishore Mohanty now working as VAW under DAO, Salepur.

As per provisions laid down under ORSP – 2008 vide rule 10 of FD No. 54080/F
dated 16.12.08, I am to state that as per gradation list communicated vide your letter no.
861 dated 23.11.05 the serial no. / date of joining of both of us as VAW is given below
for favour of your kind examination and stepping of my pay with my junior Sri Mohanty
as per ORSP-2008.
