Terms and Conditions:

Scope of Work: The scope of work under this offer includes the supply of required grade of Concrete at the
required location of your Project site. Our scope of work does not include spreading, vibrating, levelling,
finishing & curing of Concrete, which shall be performed by you only.

Testing: The Concrete manufactured at our Plant shall be subject to regular testing confirming to the
requirement at our fully equipped laboratory at the Plant to ascertain the strength of the Concrete on 7th
day and 28th day of the placement of Concrete at the Project Site.

Any defect in the quality of Concrete supplied in a lot shall be intimated to us in writing within 24 hours of
delivery of Concrete at the Project Site. Any delay in the intimation will not be binding on us.

Price: Escalation in the price of Concrete shall be applicable for any increase in price of cement, coarse
aggregates, fine aggregates & Diesel after the date of this offer. The above rates of Concrete are based on
our mix design of Concrete. In case extra cement is added to the Concrete On your request, we shall
charge @ Rs.5/- per Kg of Extra cement added to the Concrete.

Pumping: The Concrete will be delivered at the desired location of the Project Site. Where the desired
location is at a height above 30 meter, additional charges @ Rs 5/- per cum for each meter shall be
applicable. In case any pour of Concrete at the Project Site is less than 30 (Thirty) cum, charges @ Rs.
10000/- will be paid to us as mobilization charges.

Mode Of Measurement: The quantity of Concrete dispatched from our Plant will form the basis for
measurement and invoicing. The Customer shall ensure that an authorized person at Project Site signs the
delivery challan and hand it over to the driver of our transit mixer. The acknowledgement given by the
representative of the Customer at the Project Site shall be final proof of the quality and quantity of the
Concrete delivered at the Project Site.

Once Concrete is ordered and manufactured by us in our Plant and the Concrete or part thereof is not
utilized by you due to any reason whatsoever, the value of such quantity of Concrete shall be billed to you
and paid to us accordingly.

Transport: Our quoted price is for supply of Concrete from nearest Plant to your Project Site. In case of
Breakdown of the plant or any other reason beyond our control or your requirement of high volume pour,
we may, with your prior approval can supply Concrete from our other plants.

The Concrete will be transported in special transit mixer, in plastic condition, from our Plant to your
Project Site. The Concrete is designed for consumption within 3 & half hours of dispatch from our Plant.

Payment Terms: We supply Concrete on 100% advance payment to be paid along with the purchase
order. In exceptional cases if any credit period is allowed, the following provisions shall be applicable
