The Applicant is not made party in the above suit and in the Application before DRT

also.The father of the Applicant has stood as guarantor for Defendant No. To No. for
which purpose no property owned by the applicant has been mortgage to the bank .The
applicant was not aware of the proceedings in the DRT. It was the duty of the Bank to
inform the applicant as he is the joint owner in the same property which is atteached by
the DRT
