 Order Overview
Definition: It is a tool that allows sellers to look at all their pending, Ready to Ship, Shipped and Completed Orders.

How does thiswork?

Seller clicks on the pending orders.

Seller “Ready to Ship’s” the orders with in the assigned SLA.

Seller dispatches the orders, hence the order status changes toshipped.

Seller can view his orders in completed status ( Sub statusesinclude

Delivered, Cancelled, Delivery Failed,Return).
Order Management
• As business owners, we need to make sure that our
sellers take complete ownership of the pending orders.

• We need to built it with in the sellers that the SOPs are

strictly followed.

• Sellers needs to be trained on how to RTS, print details and

ship their orders if they aren’t doing that already.

• Keep a close eye on delivery failed, Cancelled & Returned

orders.

• The systems are mostly like the current ones with a few
minor yet vital upgrades.

• OOS, Returned, Shipping time are the most important KPIs.

 Pending Order/ How to RTS
• On the homepage of ASC, seller can easily review his
whole performance.

• Seller rating is also based on his performance on

doing Shipped time & Cancellation rate.

• According to SLA order PENDING to SHIPPED should

be done within 48 hours.

• As business owners, we need to make sure that team

is aligned to track the performance of the top sellers.

• Overall seller rating should be 85% & above.

• Seller can also see their order limit / daily limit to

receive orders.

When a seller will click on the Manage Order tab following tabs will be shown;

All
Pending
➢All
➢Standard Ready
To Ship (RTS)
Shipped
Completed
➢ Delivered
➢ Cancelled
➢ Delivery Failed
➢ Returned
Pending Order/ How to RTS
When a seller will click on the Manage Order tab it will land on Pending Orders where seller can see all his
pending orders.

Seller can also search the orders by

➢ Order No.
➢ Customer Name
➢ Product Name (Actual Name)
➢ Seller SKU
➢ Payment Start Date till End Date
CSV Import / Export Feature
• A seller can also import all order or all
pending orders by selecting from the drop
down options.

• A seller can also update his all pending

orders through a CSV template, a sample of
template can be download if needed.

• Seller just needs to fill the tracking no. and

then they can upload through CSV.

• Drop down options are available in template

in delivery type & Shipping provider to
select the respective options.
Order Management

• As a seller they will have an

option to do RTS, as soon as the
seller will RTS a pop up will
appear

• To create an invoice number,

seller will create an invoice
number and & click to save
invoice ID.

• As a seller, they can click on

cancel tab to cancel the orders by
selecting the reason from drop
down options. (Out of Stock,
Wrong price or Pricing Error).
Order Management
• When a seller will click on the + (sign) it will
take seller on delivery provider option where
seller has to select from the drop down options
to create package.

• When a seller will click on Order No. he/she can

see all the details of customer Information,
Transaction Information, Billing Address,
Shipping Address.

• Seller can also see all the details by ITEMS

where seller can see the details by Item ID,
Daraz ID, Seller SKU, Daraz SKU, Product,
Shipment Type, Retail price, Refunds, Bundle ID,
Bundle Discount, Voucher ID, Voucher Discount,
Shipping status.
Order Management
Shipped:
• Once the orders are on RTS, the seller will
dispatch the order after putting in the
tracking number
• Make sure all the orders have unique
tracking number
• All orders are timely shipped with in the
SLA.

Completed:
Status falls under complete
➢ Delivered
➢ Cancelled
➢ Delivery Failed
➢ Returned
Order Management
Key Changes/Impact

Shipping SLA: It will be a constant monitor on ASC for the

seller to follow the deadline.
Bundled orders: For all the bundles, the orders will
appear with the bundle details so that the vendors can
easily identify by order numbers
Exact Searches: When it comes to the searches, only exact and
accurate searches would work. We need to make sure that the vendor
knows so that they don’t get confused.
The seller CAN cancel the order under RTS tab.
The entire process of Pending to Shipped should be less
than 48 hours.
Order Management is directly related to Seller Rating
Seller rating plays a vital role in his growth. They need to
be explained how crucial exactly is it to follow the SLA and KPIs.
