Problem was found when mechanic checking High Rpm Engine, the RPM was only on 2150

1. Electrical system engine Checking :

a. Battery voltage : 24 Volt
b. Check Fault Code Engine : Not Found Fault Code
c. Check Short circuit to Ground : Not Found short to ground
d. Check Tegangan harness injector : All voltage input normal
e. Check throtle speed lever/pedal : Normal condition

2. Fuel System Checking :

a. Electrical pump : Normal Fuction
b. Check flow on pipe fuel : Flow Normal

3. Air system Checking :

a. Air Cleaner : New Air Cleaner
b. Turbocharge : Normal Condition
c. Hose intercooler : Normal Condition

After finish the electrical system, air system and fuel system not found abnormal indication.
Next Procedure mechanic cut off per cylinder, and the result are :
a. Injector no. 1 & 6 not function, which is known from engine noise was not change or
rpm not drop when cut off cylinder
b. Injector no 2 & 4 broken or not function ( its known after injector no. 1 & 6 was replace
Injector from other unit TR-02) and testing again cut off percylinder.

Result :
After checking all systems show normal conditions, it can be concluded that new injectors are supplied with malfunction or
poor durrability caused the injector component itself. this is reinforced by the installation of another unit injector installed on
the engine or TR-09 unit it functions normally or does not experience malfunction / normal.
