GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, DIOSDADO L. ROSE, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Dongon West,

Numancia, Aklan do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT GINA V. CAHILIG of
legal age, Filipino and a resident of Dongon West, Numancia, Aklan to be my true and
lawful attorney–in-fact, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To negotiate for sale all the properties I inherited from my late mother
Encarnacion Rose, and to thereafter execute a contract or contracts in
relation to the said transactions;
2. To receive the proceeds of the sale/s and to deliver all pertinent documents,
to give full effect to the same;
3. To appear on my behalf before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR),
Provincial Assessor’s Office, Registry of Deeds (ROD), Department of
Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Agrarian
Reform (DAR), for the effective transfer of the sold properties to the buyers
name;
4. To open an account in any bank in the Philippines in my name, and to
conduct all kinds of transactions therewith, including making deposits and
withdrawals;
5. To do all acts necessary and incidental for the fulfillment of the above-
enumerated purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act necessary to carry into effect the forgoing
authority as fully and to all intents and purpose as I might or could lawful do if
personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-
fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of this presents.
