Education is a medium that broadens and enhances one’s knowledge and capabilities of a person.

Through education, individuals are being informed, able to get awareness to their surrounding and being
molded to what they wanted to be and who they wanted to be come.

With the people being educated, our community and society progresses well in all different areas
such as in the political system, water distribution, electricity system and the likes. People in certain
community are now wise in choosing the perfect candidate to organize and governed their place as the
best locale to lived in. moreover as our community developed slowly, our nation also progresses as well.
And that is due to the proper education and educated people who applies their knowledge, expertise and
proper management of their society.

As an educator it is my duty to; First, educate to raise their, awareness in their surroundings.
Second, impart my knowledge and experiences to become their motivation to pursue their dream. Third,
to guide them to the right path, because I believe that a young or teenage minds is somewhat in chaos to
what they wanted to pursue. And Fourth, to make them realize the importance of education to every
individuals as it will make have a good future.

I believe that everyone has their own complexity differences and ways of learning certain things
but generally, student learns best when the teacher or professor has the time to talk with theme
personally, if they are being seen that they are giving their great efforts in teaching the things they need
to learn to get them motivated and providing them the best resources and materials to support their ideas
when they are unsure.

Being an educator my goal is that, to see my student wearing their toga’s as they walk in the stage
and doing great in their respective professions as well as in their families. But my student success will
always be my greatest dream.

I believe that the best qualities that a teacher should posses are; goal-driven, understanding and
reliable. Being a goal-driven educator, you set your goals for the day and for your learners that should be
met for theme to learn more and you become efficient. An understanding and being a reliable teacher
makes their student feel closer to them because they know that their student feel closer to them because
they know that their second parent sometimes understands more their own circumstances they are
facing.

My overall gosl as a teacher is to see my student do well in their life, in families, community as to
see their selves excel in the profession that they were able to pursue.
