Terms of Service, and Letter of understanding Service Refund Policy

The University Admissions Service is only available to ILSC students, and students must be onsite to access advising sessions. For tuition and other fee refunds, please refer to the refund policy on our general application form. For refunds to University
Admissions Service fees, the following policy applies:
What the service includes
• F or cancellations made prior to arrival at the school, ILSC will refund 100% of the University Admissions Service Fee upon

physical copies of any documents are required the student is responsible for postage fees)
• Assistance reviewing and applying for scholarships that may be available
• Assistance researching your school of interest, such as housing options, course offerings, etc.
• Monthly college and university presentations from ILSC partner institutions and campus visits to these schools (Not available in India)
What the service does NOT include
• University or college application fees. These fees are set by the university or college, are in addition to ILSC University
Admissions Service fee, and are the responsibility of the student.
• Completion of any forms, personal essays, or other application documents (all materials must be completed by the applicant)
• Guarantee of acceptance. ILSC can advise you on you eligibility and qualifications, but we cannot guarantee that you will be
accepted to your chosen school or program even if you meet all requirements
• Guarantee of scholarship
• Translation or credential evaluation services (when required these must be obtained from approved third party providers,
like WES, at the student’s expense)
• Housing placement services at your chosen school(s): ILSC can help research options and pricing, but cannot facilitate any
inquiries or placements to potential housing providers.
• Guarantee of transfer of credits (we cannot guarantee that transfer students will get credit for previous university work in or
outside your country of study). This is determined by the university.
When our service and support ends:
• ILSC will act as a liaison between you and the admissions department at your chosen school(s) throughout the application process
• The service ends upon your last day of study at ILSC and/or once you have transferred to your college or university program.

Additional Important Information

• Students must begin the application process with their advisor at least six months prior to the application deadline at
their chosen school(s)
• Application deadlines and processing times vary by institution. Students will be made aware of the deadlines at their
chosen school(s) and will receive support in meeting them, but they are responsible for completing requirements on time.
• University Admissions Service advisors and other ILSC staff do not represent any college or university. All admission
requirements, application policies, and admission decisions are set by the college or university and ILSC has no
influence over them.
