INSTRUCTIONS REQUIRED PRECUATIONS CHECKLIST

and leave permit posted for Fire Watch extinguishers are serviceable/ operable

2 Fire Watch 1: Prior to leaving area, do final inspection, Hot work equipment in good repair.
sign, leave permit posted. Firewatch to continously check Appropriatte PPE is worn by concerned employees
for one hour after completion.
3 Fire Watch 2: Monitor situation for +3 hrs after completion. Flammable liquids, dust, lint, oily deposits removed.

I verify the above location has been examined, the precuations checked on the Enclosed equipment cleaned of all combustibles
Required Precautions Checklist have been taken to prevent fire, and permission
is authorised for this work. Containers purged of flammable vapours / liquids.

On completion of day's job
Work area was monitored for an additional 3 hours
following completion of Hot Work and found fire safe.
Fire watch will be provided during and for 60 minutes
after work, including any meal breaks.
Provide a charged hose line.
Fire watch is trained in use of equipment and sounding alarm.
