2 for the property fully described in Column no.- 5 of this Deed.
Recital
Whereas the property hereby gifted, fully described in
Column No. 5 above in this Deed is the purchased property/ancestral
property of the Donor.

physical possession over the same and mutate his/her/their name in
the State Serista and paying rent to the Circle Officer, ……………. As
such the Donor has become the sole and absolute owner of the
property hereby gifted, fully described in Column no. 5 above.
And whereas, it is essential to mention here that the
Donee …………… is ……………(Relation with the Donor)of the
Donor.The Doneeisserving well and is looking after in all respect such
as treatment, medicine, livelihood, clothing etc. Due to the services
rendered by the Doneethe Donor has great love and affection for the
said Donee. So the Donor considering the services rendered by the
Donee is desirous of donating the property as above mentioned. The
Donor expressed the desire to the Doneewho has also consented to
accept the same willingly.
Now this Deed of Gift witnesseth that in pursuance of the
said desire and in consideration of Natural Love affection and services
rendered by the Donee, the said Donor out of his own free will,
without fraud, coercion or undue influences from anybody
whomsoever and in full possession of his senses, does hereby donate,
convey, grant, transfer and confirm unto the said Donee all that piece
and parcel of said property and all other appurtenant to HAVE and to
Sign. of Doner
HOLD the said property hereby gifted unto and to the use of the said
Donee forever and absolutely. And Donee is put in possession by the
Donor who has also accepted the same in sound state of body and
mind. Now the Donee is free to use the property as per hisneed or
choice.
That the said Doneemay from to time and at all the times
hereafter peaceably and quietly enter upon, HAVE, HOLD, OCCUPY,
POSSESS and ENJOY the property hereby gifted and receive, take
the profits thereof and of every part thereof without any let or

hindrance whatsoever by any person or persons claiming through or

under or in trust of him.
That the Donor further assured that he has been
possessing good and transferable rights, title and interest and has full
power to transfer the same to the said Doneeand the Doneevoluntarily
accepted this Gift.
That the Doneeshall get mutated his name in place of the
Donor in the record of state serista or in any other department where-
ever and when-ever they feel necessary in respect of the said property.
If in future any claim against this property is bought by
any person or institution, that will not be maintainable or acceptable in
the eyes of law.
Certified that land of this gift deed is free from all kinds of
encumbrances, acquisition and requisition, liens, charges and
attachments and also free from Khas Mahal, Gairmazarua, Ceiling,
Bhoodan, Red Card, Kaiser-e-hind, Religious Trust Board, Waqf
Board and other kinds of Government land.
In witness whereof the Donor has put his/her/their
signature on this Deed of Gift voluntary in his/her/their sound state of
mind and health in the presence of the following witnesses on this the
