Information is nowadays one of the issues that moves the world. However, not all people like to

be informed. At the present time, one of the collectives which more information have is the

youth.

On one hand, being concerned at major events is very important. For example, if is going to

occur a sports event in a city maybe people would like how it is going to affect them (traffic cuts,

shops schedules, etc.).

Otherwise, knowing all related to famous people has not the same importance. People who is

all time wondering how, where, what is doing a famous person maybe is going to be influenced

by her/him. Perhaps, if those famous people encourage positive values in youth it could be

useful to know things about them.

Last but not least, having information about things we like is transcendent for our lives.

Sometimes we have the need of knowing about certain themes for doing well our job.

In conclusion, being informed about different themes and knowing current news can help us

deal with our personal life. But it is true that all information needs to be checked in order to see

if it is reliable.
 REVIEW. Musical

Last Friday evening my classmates and I went to see the new musical that is performed by the

drama club of our school. It was so incredible and we enjoyed a lot!

The performances were all very different but all of them made sense with the plot. The quality

of the script was epic and it, especially me, I found easier to understand all I was seeing than in

other musicals I have already seen.

Regarding to costumes maybe this is the part that I find the weaker. I guess it is because this

musical is not performed by professional people, all the team were students and teachers who

love that they do and of course they have not a lot of experience in doing costumes.

One thing that I want to highlight is that audience seemed to be nervous and in some occasions

they made noises and didn’t left the rest of people to hear properly the musical.

Despites little improvable things, I would recommend all my close people seeing this musical

and I wish they take it to other schools in order to show how good our is!
 EMAIL. Talk about Scotland

Hi Catriona!

It’s a great new that you come to my class to give us a talk. Surely is going to be funny and we

will pass a great time.

In my opinion, you should start giving some general information about Scotland and why not

you can include information about nature and wildlife in Highlands and Islands. Maybe in this

way you will catch the attention of the class. I know my classmates and they love the nature!

Talking about the Scottish education system could be a great idea too! If I’m not confused, you

lived there until you were 11 so you can tell the class about the differences between our system

and the Scottish one. And I guess that this topic would be liked by the teacher!

Another thing it could be interesting is all that concerns how people of our age learn other

languages in Scotland. I think that this could help us to change our minds and, I don’t know,

maybe someone wants to learn Gaelic!

 REPORT. Tenby Amusement Park

Introduction

The objective of this report is to share with all the readers my impressions about the new Tenby

Amusement Park.

Attractions

This new park has an huge number of attractions. My favourite were the “Extreme” rollercoaster

and the haunted house. After spending all day at the park with my family (parents, siblings and

nephews/nieces) I had found that there were enough attractions to teenagers but maybe for

children between 7-10 years old it could be more.

Facilities & prices

The park’s facilities are excellent. There are 15 different food trucks in where you can buy all

food and drinks you can imagine at a very good price. There is also a locker service that you can

use for keep your stuff if you are going to spend all day like me. If I remember properly, rent a

large locker costed 5 pounds half day and 7.50 a day complete.

Conclusion

To conclude, I would say that if I had to give a score to the Amusement Park, it would be a 8.5

of 10. It suits perfectly all the thoughts that someone could have about an amusement park. I’m

sure I will be back there!
