Project Title:
Project STAY (Students Transferees Advocating and Yearning)

Problem Statement:
This study intends to identify the reasons why some of the students of Sta. Ana National High School, Academic Year 2019 – 2020
don’t finish their school year.

Project Objectives:
To increase the following performance indicators: Cohort Survival.

Root Cause:
FINANCIAL PROBLEM
- Parents don’t have job to support the financial needs of their children
- No allowance for transportation fare
- Educational Expenses

FAMILY PROBLEM
- Conflict with work and family commitments
- Broken Family
- Local migration
CHOOSE TO WORK
- Students want to earn money
- They want to support their parents and siblings (supplementary family income)
