SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

I come up with the Research Title “ Advantages and Disadvantages OF

CURFEW HOURS IN BARANGAY LIBERTAD OF BUTUAN CITY. Next, the theoretical
conceptual framework which reviews about the factors affecting the curfew hours. The
significant of related literature and studies that cites to the present investigation. The
needed methods of Research and Procedures presents the research design, research
environment, research instrument, the data gathering procedure and the statistical
treatment that have been employed in the study. Hence that commendable Data
presentations, analysis and interpretations the ratings and evaluation about the causes
affecting the curfew hours in Barangay Libertad Butuan City. The General Summary of
the study that give us the confidence to come up with our summary of findings.

The study assessed the common effects of curfew hours in Barangay Libertad of
Butuan City of Agusan del Norte. The study utilized the descritiptive correctional
research design and involve (20) ten selected youthful as a respondents. It is
descriptive because it determines the probability reason of the causes affecting the
youthful in the curfew hours. The data gathered where tallied and analyzed and
interpreted with utilizing the statistical techniques.

This study revealed the Summary Findings:

1. It also seem that youthful as a respondents in Barangay Libertad Butuan City

is out of school youth.
2. It is observed that the youthful as a respondents in Barangay Libertad Butuan
City are mostly prone to engaged in tumultuous affray

Conclusion

Based on the findings, the following conclusion drawn:

1. The most common issues affects the youthful in the curfew hours to commit a
crime is, it’s because of parental neglect, discipline and financial assistance.
2. Rape, theft, tumultuous affray, is mostly the result when they are under the
influence of drugs and liquor.
3. The relationship between the advantages and disadvantages of curfew hours in
the Barangay Libertad of Butuan City does not directly influenced by the effects.

Recommendations

On the basis of findings and the conclusion drawn from the study, the following
recommendation was offered for considerations.

Youthful Offenders

1. Youthful Offenders should avoid taking a drugs and drinking a liquor to avoid
problems such crime.

Parents

2. The parents should provide their children with guidance and encourage them to
go to school and should not tolerate their children to do misbehavior.

Law Enforcer

3. This study is significant to the law enforcer for them to implement the laws

Future Researchers

4. This study will serve as guide to determined how they youthful can avoid any
crime and also serve as guide when they will conduct a related study.
