15th November 23:59: Final Submission (Scenario will be the same as Round 3, you may make any
changes you feel are necessary to the previous solution)

Some Tips and FAQs:

1. Every trip is a round trip starting and ending at the same place.
2. A starting point is also a destination by default on a route.
3. You may build more than one warehouse in one place and satisfy the demand of one place
through more than one route
4. IMPORTANT: Having a warehouse in a place does NOT imply that the demand is met
automatically. A truck has to be assigned to that place (maybe with a single destination).
There will be no fuel or taxes in such cases.
5. The interest rate provided is a monthly interest rate.
6. Kindly submit your entries in the correct format Optimizer_<team name>_<institute>. It
makes for easier evaluation and later for comparison.
7. You may participate in this round even if you haven’t participated in the previous round.
Only the final entry on 15th November will be used for evaluation.
