NARRATIVE REPORT
MADCON 2019
September 27, 2019 Holy Angel University
Last September 27,2019 the First EMC NATIONAL CONFERENCE or the MADCON
2019 was held at Holy Angel University, University Theater. This event was presented by the
guest speakers Ms.Louie Javillonar of the "Intellectual Property (IP) Ecology", Ms.Grace
Dimaranan of "Animation Trends in the Industry", Mr.Eduardo Buan Palmos of "Latest
Technology and Creation of Alternative Application for film Media", Mr.Romuald Titus Romero of
"Directing,Storytelling,Conten/Concpt Development" and Mr. Jess Espanola of "Working in a
foreign Studio for Animation" this event also had a Short animated film contest and Cosplayers.
Students were given prices from games and raffle draw. Also, ACSHS ICT students joined the
competition and won 2nd place on the said event. Participants were also given free food and
snacks.
This is the first national conference that was held in Pampanga where in there were
different speakers who were professionals when it comes to animation. There are 5
professionals that shared their experiences, their profession, and techniques on how to be a
professional animator. Students learned that being an animator is not easy, there are a lot of
challenges students must face to become a professional animator. Therefore, students who
wants to be a professional animator should be determined and motivated to reach their goals.
Students had so much fun in this seminar at the same time they have learned a lot of
techniques and advices from the professionals. Additionally, they enjoyed the cosplay part
where in the cosplayer entertained the crowd and portrayed well the chosen character.

CYBERKADA TEAMBUILDING 2019 JUNE 29, 2019
Last June 29, 2019, Cyberkada held its first teambuiling at ACSHS Building. This activity
was organized by yours truly together with the Cyberkada Officers. Different activities were
prepared to strengthen the camaraderie of the students. Also, food was prepared (boodlefight).
Prices were given to the winners and student really enjoyed the teambuilding and made new
friends. All in all, the goal of the said event was accomplished and all students were safe and
guided throughout the activity.The following are the comments and reactions of the participants.
Students comments and reaction
My experience in the recent cyberkada team-building held last Saturday is fun,during

this event we students managed to get to know other students,and during this event we
managed to practice our cooperation with people we just met that same day,i had fun playing
games with my teammates even though i just recently met some of them,and and i can say that
this team-building event really is a blast,full of fun and enjoyment,this event really showed us
that doing a certain task is a lot easier when you're a team, heck I'm pretty sure that I'll fail all of
these games we played if I'm all alone,and it just shows that no matter how good you are,you'll
always need people behind your back,friends to help you reach your goals, and family to inspire
you.and to end my statement,i am looking forward for the next team-building event.- Russed

Of course I can't experience the Teambuilding without God. First We've done is to Pray
for the Safety of Memebers of the CYBERKADA. And also I give thanks to you Ma'am Jhenny
for Participation and also to Cyberkada officers. I Experienced again the Communication of
each members of Group and not also Communication, but the Unity of my Teammates too. I am
Blessed and Enjoyed I know many People Because of this Activity. And The Experience Every
station of Game Which is Amazing race💞. The whole cooperation Exist!👌. Everytime we run to
stations I am thinking that we can do it because we have Unity. (Team Yellow). And Our Yell is
so Unique than other Team's Yell. And Ofcourse tha Last Activity is the Boodle Fight. Thanks

Team building requires a positive mind to think as a team, motivated hearts to overcome
any struggle, inspired souls to lift one another and winning actions leading to a successful and
friutful purpose. June 29, 2019 is our first teambuilding, I observed that coming together is just
the beginning where in we start in knowing each other. Keeping together is what they call a
progress and working together is known as reaching success as a team. Many activities will let
you also discover hidden things inside you. We meet new people, discover different
personalities, learn many things and became part of each and everyone's journey. Memories

GOOGLE I/O EXTENDED CONFERENCE
HOLY ANGEL UNIVERSITY AUGUST 17, 2019
ACSHS TVL ICT students attended the Google I/O Extended last August 17, 2019
wherein different speakers were invited and mainly GDG or google Philippines. This event was
organized by holy Angel in participation with different private and public school in Pampanga.
Latest app and software of google were demonstrated and discussed by the speakers.
Moreover, games, giving away prizes & t-shirts and raffle draw were the highlight of the event.
Different gadget and devices were given as prizes. Also, students were given free snacks and
lunch. Moreover, parallel session of hands-on activities was conducted in the afternoon session.
As a summary, the students enjoyed the event at the same time they learned a lot regarding the
latest technology of google. Here are some of the comments and reactions of participants.
First of all. It was my first time to attend a seminar that full of knowledge. It is all about a
GOOGLE I/O stands for input/output, as well as the slogan "Innovation in the Open". What we
did yesterday, we're listened about different topics that can gain knowledge from the Google I/o.
Google I/o can help you everything what you need, Because Google I/o can answer your
problems and it also can help you to do your all paperworks. In the first place I'm so bored and
sleepy while listening, but in a few minutes I found it amazing. I was so amaze.
What I had learned is the Agile. "Understand Agile Thinking and Practice". It was all
about a business about how can you make a brochure that makes the people pay attention.
Yesterday we had a group activity, we made a plan about the best tourist spot that makes the
tourist amaze each of us had task. Ex. We had a resort business then, in order for us to have
lots of costumer, we create a services like Beauty salon, Spa etc... I learned from that activity is
how to manage the time, how to cooperate well, how can I prioritize the task that they given to
me, and also respect the ideas of the group. I'm so thankful that i experience all of that.
Because of that opportunity, I gain a lot of knowledge. I am really, really enjoyed the event
yesterday because I learned a lot of knowledge that can help to develop my skills. And we are
so enjoy with the free food and the Raffle draw.😅😅😅 The reason is why Google I/o
EXTENDED CONFERENCE at Holy Angel University because Google i/o had extended
roadshow features a series of talks and workshops to help professionals and student developer
deep dive in the new technologies. 😅 –CHARSTY PALUMAR

Google I/O Extended Conference at Holy Angel University. At first they show how
Google AI evolve through years that it can be speak with your family, girlfriend and weird seller
they even introduced the new product which is google lense. The second part is we see the
koroutines software how we make a android development.The third part is we can see how
efficient the serverless is for building a web application.The fourth part is a renowned filipino
developer speak up about google.The fifth part is show how can you make a AI technology
through IOT devices. Using the application called tenserflow it show how easy and efficient to
use this product and its important this is open source.
I learned in Google I/O Extended is the Seperating UI and UX. UX design refers to user
experience design, while UI design stands for user interface design. Both of these are crucial to
an IT product and need to work closely together. Despite being very integral to each other, the
roles themselves are quite different, involving distinct processes. To be part of this conference is
such pleasure and blessing because we expected that we already learn enough but we are
wrong.We learn about new technologies that we can help us in the future. – BRENT CUBACUB
The event was full of interested stuff. Different things about google updates like AI
system in android. It was discussed by different speaker. Some speaker discuss about the
computer programming. And also some gdg Philippines member explain what is their improtant
role in society.
We learned different stuff in the event. One of that is understanding human centered design on
how the opinion or comments of a person will help you to improve your plans in design. I enjoy
the event and hoping for another event like this. That helps many student to make their work

The event that happened on hau grounds on august 17,2019 is a blast,it is fun, fruitful
and very enjoyable, i love the fact that with this event, we managed to learn new things that we
can use in the near future, i also love the fact that freefood and other stuff were given during
and after the event,even though i failed to grab one the tees given,still i enjoyed the event,who
doesn't like free stuff? Of course no one does, i am looking forward for the next seminar like

SEMINAR IN AUTOCAD/AUTODESK
August 15-16, 2019 Holy Angel University
The two-day seminar in Autodesk fusion was conducted at Holy Angel
University last August 15-16, 2019. The speaker introduced Autodesk and
explained the function and features of Fusion 360. This software is used for
creating 3d objects. Autodesk became best known for AutoCAD, but now
develops a broad range of software for design, engineering, and entertainment
and a line of software for consumers, including Sketchbook. The manufacturing
industry uses Autodesk's digital prototyping software including Autodesk
Inventor, Fusion 360, and the Autodesk Product Design Suite to visualize,
simulate, and analyze real-world performance using a digital model in the design
process. This seminar is relevant to the participants and necessary for teaching
ICT. Teachers were given access to the website of Autodesk. In day 1, the speaker
taught us how to install fusion 360 and how to create account. It took the
participants 30 minutes to install the needed software. Basic output was done on
day1 and on the 2nd day 3d object with animation was taught to the participants.
Teachers and engineering students actively participated the seminar. Autodesk
representatives discussed all the features and add-ons of fusion. Hands-on
activities and challenges were given to the participants including 3d objects such
as boomerang and gears. Mrs. Jeanky Salenga organized the event and made it a
successful one. Online certificates were given to the attendees. The said seminar
was attended by yours truly, Mrs. Joanna Abendanio and Ms. Dyan Pioquinto

3DAY TVL ICT SEMINAR IN 2D/3D ANIMATION at SPCF BALIBAGO.
PROJECT GISTAC (Gearing ICT STUDENTS TOWARDS ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATIONS)
Nov 5-7,2019 SYSTEMS PLUS COLLEGE FOUNDATION
A 3-day seminar workshop in 2d and 3d animation was held at Systems Plus College
Foundation. TVL ICT graduating students attended the seminar together with their ICT teacher
mam Joanna Abendanio. Topics discussed were unity 3d, 3d motion path and animation.
Students were required to create output for the 3 days seminar. 3D Animation Fundamentals is
a lecture-demo covering the basic concepts and terminology necessary to understand the world
of 3D Animation. While the animation software used in the demonstration were Maya, majority
of the concepts covered will be applicable to any other 3D package. Here are the students’
comments and reactions regarding the 3-day seminar workshop
We were very Thankful to the SYSTEM PLUS COLLEGE FOUNDATION and to the 3
PEAKERS who teach us how to use defferent kinds of software in three days. In just three days i
learn a lot to them. In 1st day we learn how to use ADOBE ANIMATE i learn a lot to this
software thanks to the speaker who teach us well. And the 2nd day we use 3D MAX software i
learn a lot to this software but i want to learn more about to this software. And the 3rd day we
use UNITY HUB software we create our own color system and we try to animate or move it. This
software is so hard to use but we enjoy this software. And my favorite part of 3days seminar is
the 1st day because that day is so excited our speaker is so kind. He teach us well and share his
knowledge and skill thanks to him our seminar didn't get boring. And thanks to our 2
teacher Abendanio Ann and Jhenny Tayag without them this seminar wouldn't b happen and

In our seminar at system plus college foundation in three days was unforgettable
experience! The more I've learned animation, the more i amazed and appreciated every
animator artist. So i solute them. I pray and I hope I can be like them im so grateful to have
many chances to experience and learned animation in every seminar waved attended since last

This Seminar at System Plus College Foundation in three days was unforgettable
experience! Of how many times we attended at seminars in other school like HAU, but still

learning more and more about animation makes my heart overwhelmed with joy and
excitement! In this seminar, we've learned about more in animation and application that can be
use to it.On the 1st day we learned about using and creating animation using ADOBE ANIMATE,
on the 2nd day they teach us make a 3D model with the Autodesk 3D MAX and on the last day
or 3rd day we used the UNITY HUB to create our own 3D SOLAR SYSTEM and make them alive
