A RESOLUTION CREATING OF THE BARANGAY 2, MUNICIPALITY OF ALAMINOS

TASK FORCE TO END LOCAL COMMUNIST ARMED CONFLICT (ELCAC)

WHEREAS, Executive order No. 70 provides the institutionalization of the Whole-of-Nation

Approach in attaining inclusive and sustainable peace, creation of National task Force to End
Local Communist Armed Conflict and direct for the formulation of a National Peace
Framework;

WHEREAS, the Whole-of-Nation approach addresses the root cause of insurgency, internal
disturbances and tensions and other armed conflicts and treat by patronizing and harmonizing the
delivery of basic services and societal development packages by the government, facilitating and
ensuring active participants of all sectors of the society in the pursuit of peace agenda.

WHERAS, the National Peace Framework contains principles, plans, programs and mechanism
to localize peace agreements and interventions that will bring inclusive and sustainable peace,
and address the root cause of insurgencies, internal disturbances, tensions and other armed
conflicts threats an identified areas;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion duly approved and seconded, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS

HEREBY RESOLVED, to create the Barangay 2, Task Force on Whole-of-Nation Approach in
attaining inclusive and sustainable peace and development.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Barangay Task Force shall be composed of:
