Initial Instructions The Dashboard

Team Objectives Tab
1. Once you've defined the OKRs with your team, go to the Team Use the Dashboard as your watchtower to get an overview of the OKRs
Objectives tab and under Timeframe choose the desired period. from your team.

2. In that same tab, insert the objectives of your team. Use
distinguishable objective titles.
Key Results Tab
3. In column A, use the dropdown to choose the objectives. Note, the
dropdown is automatically composed from objectives in the previous
Team Objectives tab, so make sure to use distinguishable objective
titles.
1. Select the Timeframe you want to display.
2. The Gauge chart shows the overall progress whereas the bar chart
at the bottom left shows the progress per owner.
3. The chart on the bottom right shows the Total Average Progress vs
the Desired Progress.

4. Column B is where you insert the key results. Remember, these are
the statements of your team that will be used to reach the goal so make
sure that the key results are measurable. Heads up!
5. In column C Owner you can link the key results to a team member. Never edit a gray cell - these are automatically calculated by the
Sheetgo template.
6. In column D Metric is used to show you if the key result is being
reached followed by what the current status is of that metric in column
E Start Value.

7. Column F Target is used to define what the target is of the metric.

Finish the tab by filling out column G which contains the current value of
that metric.

8. Finally, manually update the current value in column G every time you
check your teams' OKRs. The Progress column will be updated
automatically.
