Job tasks & responsibilities:


• Export Documentation process for all the shipments resulting out of Switzerland to the
world
• Creating & finalizing the shipments in SAP system including end-to-end export process,
right from sending SI to the carrier to releasing the House BL to the customer
• Handling different types of shipments – MCC, Direct Shipments, SCO, BCO, L/C
shipments, DG cargo, Pharma shipments, Reefer shipments, Cross trade shipments,
etc.
• Handling Co-load shipments for LCL cargo booked via co-loaders
• Ensuring security filing is done in a timely manner without missing the deadline for all the
security filing countries wherever applicable
• Responsible for end-to-end export process for key clients – GIVAUDAN, NOVARTIS,
BUEHLER, LONZA, etc.
• Providing improvement measures in the process and Kaizen for releasing efficiencies
• Continuous follow-up and action plan on all pending shipments
• Working on all PANALPINA systems – SAP_TM v.50, Pantace, SCP, Intrac, AMS Webtool,
PUMA Speed, IHT, etc.
• Key stakeholder management: Shipper, Carrier/ Shipping line, Sub-contractor, Origin &
Dest. PANALPINA counterparties, Internal stakeholders, Consignee in case of L/C, etc.

• Responsible for managing U.A.S.C (SAG) Saudi Arabia – Documentation process
