Profile

I am Technical Project Manager DPDP / RBT having over 13+ years of experience in deploying
VAS Solutions into operator’s network and managing 24X7 O&M support and last 5 years of
various managerial roles to achieve operational excellence working for ZTE and IMIMobile. Key
skills include but not limited to Network Operations Management, Data Analysis, Change
Management, Technical Services Support, Solution Deployment and Integration, People &
Project Management, Process Management, Operational Strategy and Budgeting, Coordinating
with regulatory and negotiation etc.
I am managing the delivery of IMIMobiles DPDP and RBT cloud platform into Telenor’s
cloud datacenter (its first deployment) while our customer is evolving themselves and since we
are part of this journey with them which has forged a long-lasting relationship. Since last 5
years I have been put in charge of delivery of different mission critical platforms like as per our
customer requirement we did SDP expansion with 0 down time what so ever. We had to plan a
series of activities over a month-long period and the whole process was transparent for the
third-party vendors as well as the subscribers. There was deployment of VAS Disaster recovery
nodes where I did the scoping with customer preparing SRS, LLD, HLD, PIP (Project
Implementation Plan), Communication Matrix, Rack Diagrams, etc. Trouble shooting with
customer teams all the IT (switches and routers) and Engineering (SS7, SIP, SIGTRAN etc.)
connectivity’s. Some of the platforms I have deployed include DPDP & RBT (deployment on
Nokia cloud), SiMS LTE Expansion, SDP, RBT, MMSC & SMSC, USSD, WAP GW, etc. I specialize
in training graduates and building a team. I have great experience of working with people of
different cultural and ethnic back grounds effectively.
Professional Experience

IMIMobile Europe
Technical Project Manager DPDP / RBT Cloud Platform April 2018 till now
Leading the team responsible for deployment of IMIMobile’s DPDP (Digital Product Delivery
Platform) and RBT into Telenor Pakistan Cloud Data Center.
I am leading the Scoping, Design & Deployments of DPDP and RBT nodes distributed into
Exposed, Non-Exposed and Secure Zones.
 Created the LLD and Communication Matrix of the DPDP and RBT platform
 Created/Managed and migrated VM’s on Nokia Cloudband Solution version 17.5 & 18.0
(CBIS, CBAM, CBND and Nokia Nuage SDN solution) on Telenor commercial Data-
centers based on different security zones.
 Resolved different integration challenges during integration of virtualized network to
core legacy network, ranging from Virtual Network Design to solving performance
issues using DPDK and SRIOV.
 Integration of DPDP platform with ADFS, CBS, ESB, USSD, SMSC, MCA, VMS, WAPGW
and other network elements.
 Deploying application software’s on DPDP/RBT VM’s and conducting integration testing.

SiMS (Signaling Monitoring Platform) has been deployed to monitor Core NE's mainly CS core,
PS core, VAS NE’s tapping all the calls, SMS and internet activities of all users through
the platform. Providing operator with a comprehensive analysis platform for network
surveillance, network optimization and user complaint handling. Major tasks include.
