Start your business plan

This week, focus on the questions in the business plan which

relate to business processes and information systems:

 How is your business going to operate?

 Who else is involved in or is critical to these
processes (eg suppliers)?
 How are you going to keep track of information
needed within your business?
 Do you need to have systems in place to keep track
of orders, customers, etc.?
 Do you have the skills needed to design and run
these systems?

Take your time to consider your ideas – good ideas take a while
to form.
