Study PeriodS 81-86 Notes:

What are Study Periods 81-86
Study Periods 81, 82, and 83 take place in the first half of the
year, and fall within Teaching Period 1. Study Periods 84, 85,
and 86 take place in the second half of the year, falling
within Teaching Period 2.

These six study periods all consist of a week of orientation,

followed by seven weeks of teaching. There is no overlap
between the study periods in order to allow students to
focus on one subject at a time.

Students who study all of SP 81-86 will complete six

subjects in a year and still have 10 weeks of breaks.

If you have questions about how your study is organised,

contact the Student Centre in Townsville or Cairns.
