KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, I, AIAN SIAO, Filipino, of legal age, married and with residence and postal
address at Balide, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur, hereinafter referred to as THE VENDOR, is the
lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle which is more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell the aforesaid motor vehicle and the BUYER is
able, willing and ready to purchase the same under the terms and conditions herein below set
forth;

WHEREAS, for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS

(PHP 15, 000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to my entire
satisfaction, the VENDOR hereby sell, transfer and convey by way of Absolute Sale unto
ANGELITO D. SERASPE, Filipino, of legal age, married and with residence and postal address
at Prk, Calubinhan, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur, the above described one (1) unit of RUSI KR
MINI MAX 110 motor vehicle, free from any and all liens and encumbrances whatsoever and on
an “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”.

WHEREAS, the VENDOR warrants that the Motor Cycle is free from any liens and
encumbrances and shall defend the title and rights of the Buyer from any claims of whatever
kind of nature from third persons.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our hands this 3rd day of December
2019, at Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines.
