PETITION
Petitioner MARISSA DELA CUESTA CAMAGANACAN, to the Register of
Deeds, respectfully alleges:

1. Petitioner is a Filipino, married to ROMEO CAMAGANACAN, of legal age, and with

postal address at San Agustin, Dasmarinas City, Cavite;

2. Petitioner is the registered owner of a certain real property covered by TCT No.
057-2017043318 of the Register of Deeds for the Province of Cavite;

3. Annotated on the said title is the two (2)-year lien covered by “Sec. 4,Rule 74, of
the Rules of Court” which was annotated on August 23, 2017 as Entry No.
201047586;

4. The two (2)-year period provided for under Section 4, Rule 74 for the filing of
claims against the estate of the deceased already lapsed without any claim having
been filed, thus the necessity of cancelling the said annotation.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, and by virtue of the provisions of LRC
Circular No. 119, petitioner respectfully prays for the cancellation of the annotation
pertaining to Sec. 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court on TCTNo. 057-
201043318,without any judicial pronouncement.
