and met different employees.

EXPLANATION:
Most of the problems faced by the CEO within the undercover roots from lack communication towards
his employees. This results to different behavior of the employees. The shift of the of the behavior of
the employees (because they were not satisfied) widely affects the operation of the whole organization.
The company applies downward communication making it least possible for the employee on the lower
level to talk, decide, state their concerns or address the issues regarding their work. The employees also
felt, somewhat deprived with time and freedom for leisure and family activities hence making them less
productive, stress and demotivated. The CEO or the managers should talk effectively and
interdependent among his employees that runs his company. Not only that he should instruct or direct,
but also he should be able to listen and act to what they need because these employees are generating
the income of the owner and they should be treated equally, in humane way. After all, we are human
and not robots. An organization must also meet not only the needs of their customers but also the
needs of their employees that can be base from Maslow’s theory of Hierarchal needs. Maslow as well as
other psychologists or behaviorists studied different behaviors to come up with methods that should be
effectively applied to labor. Hence, the managers or leaders of organizations should follow and apply
scientific method in organization so that it can work; otherwise, it will fail. CEO Mitchell Modell should
open meetings and discussions and give credit to the employee’s work so that they will be happy, be
productive, arrive to work on time, be efficient, satisfied and stay for the long run in the company.
