(3) Subject to any direction of the Federal Government under SUb-5cCti(111(3)

its J isposal.

(5) Until the final disposal of the properly, the administrator shall manage the
property fairly, prudently in terms of best market practices ;lI\d withou: all~
conflict ofinterest for Ih¢: benefit of the Federal Government.
