2. How to redeem the FREE Pioneer Personal Accident Insurance Coverage from Pioneer and to register for the raffle:

3. Deadline of registration for raffle is on April 30, 2019. Deadline for redemption of the free Pioneer Personal Accident Insurance Coverage from Pioneer is until June 30, 2019.

4. Raffle draw will be on May 14, 2019, 4:30 PM at Pioneer House Makati, 108 Paseo de Roxas, Legaspi Village, Makati City in the presence of a DTI Representative.

5. The winner has 60 days from receipt of notification to claim the prize. Otherwise, prize will be forfeited in favor of Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corporation with prior DTI approval.

6. For GMA winner/s, redemption center of prize is at Pioneer House 108 Paseo de Roxas House Makati, Legaspi Village, Makati City, from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00am-5:00pm,
except holidays. For provincial winner/s, prizes can be claimed at SM Stores office to be indicated in the winning notice. Winners must bring the winning notice,
winning raffle stub and at least 2 valid IDs.

7. There will be 12 lucky winners of P10,000 worth of SM Shopping Sprees in the form of P10,000 worth of SM Gift Cards (3 winners each from NCR, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao

8. Winners will be notified through email and registered mail. Name of winners will be posted at participating SM Stores.
