Why attend the “Understanding Incoterms 2020” seminar?

The Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) rules provide specific guidance to individuals
participating in the import and export of global trade on a daily basis. Starting January 1, 2020 those
rules have been updated. A full understanding of the new globally accepted contractual standard trading
terms will shield you from costly disputes and misunderstandings in sales contracts.

The seminar on January 22, 2020 at the Dusit Thani Manila (1-5pm) will enable you to:
 understand and use Incoterms 2020 rules correctly
 understand roles and obligations of parties to the sales contract
 minimize risk and costs for operations
 choose the right Incoterms rule for a sales contract
 understand changes between Incoterms 2010 and Incoterms 2020

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Cancellations are allowed but will have to be made in writing and emailed
to events@portcalls.com on or before January 20 to qualify for a full refund. Beyond that date, no refund will be
accommodated. Delegate substitution is, however, allowed. Those who registered but did not attend the seminar will still
be billed.
