Subject: 3-DAY DISTRICT-WIDE BSP / GSP CAMPOREE

1. Pursuant to the Constitution and by-laws of the Boy Scouts and Girls Scouts
of the Philippines which aims to contribute to the development of young
people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual
potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their
community, the District of Tubajon will have a 3-Day District-Wide BSP /
GSP Camporee which will be participated by all schools, both elementary
and secondary, and ALS on November 27-29, 2019 at Trinidad Mapa
Gupana National High School Campus, Carac-an, Mabini, Tubajon,
Dinagat Islands.

2. All schools are required to bring the following expected participants:

Elementary Schools:
1 patrol (Kid / Twinkler Scouts) 8 scouts
 Multi-grade 1 patrol (Kab / Star Scouts) 8 scouts
1 patrol (Junior Scouts) 8 scouts
2 patrols (Kid / Twinkler Scouts) 16 scouts
 Non-Central 2 patrols (Kab / Star Scouts) 16 scouts
3 patrols (Junior Scouts) 24 scouts
2 patrols (Kid / Twinkler Scouts) 16 scouts
 Central 2 patrols (Kab / Star Scouts) 16 scouts
1 troop (Junior Scouts) 32 scouts
Secondary Schools 1 troop (Senior Scouts) 32 scouts
ALS 1 troop (Senior Scouts) 32 scouts
3. Each participating schools shall register their scouts on or before
November 22, 2019 at the district office with the following amount

PER SCOUT:

 Kid / Twinkler Scout – ₱ 100.00


 Kab / Star Scout – ₱ 100.00
 Junior Scout – ₱ 150.00
 Senior Scout – ₱ 150.00
 Adult – ₱ 150.00

4. Each participants should bring the following:

 Types A, B, and C BSP/GSP Uniforms


 Sleeping gears
 Utensils
 Other needed

5. Each participating schools shall make your CAMP before the scheduled
date for the said activity.

6. Each participating schools should provide/prepare the materials needed


for the games and activities.

7. Each participating schools should also have a candidate for MR. BSP and
MS. GSP 2019.

8. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
