I. COURSE TITLE: Business Communication


II. COURSE CODE: ENG 301
CREDITS: Three (3) units
NUMBER OF HOURS: 3 hours/week

III. COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is designed to give students an overview of communication, its scope and importance in business, and the role of communication in
establishing a favourable outside environment, as well as an effective internal communications program. The various types of business communication
media are covered. This course also develops an awareness of the importance of succinct written expression to modern business communication.

IV. COURSE INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the end of this course the students should be able to:
