Civil / Interior Works (Landlord Scope)

2 P/A waterproofing treatment toilet & walls of the same upto 300mm, any Pidicrete
external surfaces exposed to damp/ Drainage/ direct rainfall etc with
Preparation of the surface to receive the waterproofing coating. Mix
Pidicrete URP and cement in 1:1 proportion by volume. Apply 1st coat
when the surface is in touch to dry condition and allow it to dry for 4 to 5
hours. Apply 2nd coat and allow it to air cure for at least 72 hours. Over
application of mortar screed to a thickness of 15 mm must be done to
protect the coating from getting damaged.
3 Providing and laying Brickwork (230mm thick) with well burnt Ist class As per IS Code
table molded, good quality approved bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1
cement : 4 coarse sand) including curing, rubbing the surface, racking out
the joints etc., complete as directed with straight or curved profile as per
design
4 Providing and laying Half brick (115mm thick) partition walls with well As per IS Code
burnt first class bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand)
including providing and placing 2 nos. of 6mm dia. M.S. round bars at
every fourth course, including scaffolding, curing, rubbing the surface,
racking out the joints etc., including 150mm high Tie Beam at 2100mm
Height in concrete conforming to grade M20/20 (IS456) with minimum
cement content of 340 Kg/ M3 complete as per design
5 Providing and placing in position in RCC works steel reinforcements As per IS Code
(including cost of binding wire) as per drawing and specifications, at all
heights and depths including carting, decoiling, straightening cleaning,
cutting, stacking, bending, tying, etc. Providing and placing Site Mix
Concrete including vibration, finishing, curing & roughening to surfaces
wherever required including cost of shuttering. Concrete conforming to
grade M 20/20 (IS 456) with minimum cement content of 340 kg/M3 as

6 Providing and applying 12 mm - 15 mm Thk cement plaster in single As per IS Code
coat in cement sand mortar 1:4 to all internal surfaces at all levels and in

providing & fixing 150mm wide chicken mesh.

7 Supply of 600 x 600mm full body vitrified tiles,10mm thick of colour Ivory ASIAN/
for flooring and skirting MARBITO/

8 Fixing of 600 x 600mm vitrified tiles,10mm thick of colour Ivory in ASIAN/

9 Fixing of 200mm high skirting projecting not more than 8mm from the ASIAN/
wall plaster line and same as flooring material used, fixed in CM 1:3, MARBITO/
curing, hand polishing as per detailed specification etc. Top edge to be RESTILE/

10 Providing & fixing of 600x600 Polished Cheema Pink granite stone As per IS Code
flooring using 1:4 cement mortar in floor , with machine cutting as
required, with Butt jointed (without Groove) as per drawing and
specifications
11 P/F 200mm high Polished Cheema Pink Granite stone skirting matched As per IS Code
to existing flooring, fixed in CM 1:3, as per detailed specification etc.
12 Providing and placing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement: 4 coarse As per IS Code
sand:8 coarse aggregate) Grade OPC 43, Make ACC, L&T, Birla, Shree
upto a max thickness of 75mm.
II Doors & Windows
1 Providing and fixing Frameless Glazing with 12mm thick toughened Trutuf/AIS/Saint
glass with 20x25mm Aluminium C channel on top and bottom and Gobain
complete as per drawing at the entrance and exit area.
2 Providing & Fixing of Double Shutter glass doors for main entrance Dorset
1800 x 2400 (Two Shutters of 900 x 2400) in 12mm thick clear toughened
glass with patch fittings for main entrance (nos. as shown in the standard
detailed drawing), floor springs, door lock, SS Pull handle etc. complete
III Metals/ Miscellaneous
1 Providing & fixing MS rolling shutter (Using 0.84mm sheet) with push Nerolac Paint
& pull type system from inside and outside, inclusive of spring,Lever,
guided rail on both sides, locking arrangement both side with centre lock,
cover hood on top, inclusive of anti-corrosive primer & approved synthetic
enamel paint approved by BRPL. Paint Pantone Blue 285c- Recipe:
PLE:900ml, WH:41.21, FB:34.72, MG: 24.07 on both sides
2 Providing & Fixing 1050mm high SS Railing 50mm dia hand rail,32 mm SS 304
dia baluster at every alternate steps, 3 runs of 12 mm dia SS Pipe mid rail
running distance & parallel to the hand rail.Fixed to steps with 6mm thickX
90 mm dia SS plate anchored to steps complete. All material in SS as
per detailed drawing.
3 Providing and fixing corrugated GI sheets for shed for servo As per IS Code
etc.complete including ISA 75 x 75 x 5 mm vertical member and 50 x 50 x
5 mm for horizontal member filling the joints with the silicone etc. to make
it leak proof.
4 Providing , fabrication and erection of (MS Mesh barrier) As per IS Code
50mmX50mmX6mm MS Angle frameworks and 12mmX12 mmX2mm bar
section 6" c/c with door of 25mmX25mmx2mm MS Angle framework with
18 gauge GI Sheet from inside 3 nos to protect diesel tank, servo and
capacitor panel
