Intouch Data specialises in data solutions for the hotel industry, we are data experts and we assist
hotels and hotel chains in monetising their data from both internal and external perspectives.

At the core of Intouch Data’s applications and services is pmsXtract which draws detailed guest
and visit information directly from the PMS remotely and automatically. pmsXtract can push data
in many directions:

Data can be extracted as a scheduled process and set to run on a daily, weekly,
monthly (or other cycle). Outputted data files can be transmitted via FTP, FTPS,
SFTP, Web Service or delivered to a specific location within the hotel network.

pmsXtract is simple to install and once set will deliver data based on the specifications
and schedule without the need for any interaction or resource allocation at the property.

pmsXtract is easy to update moving forward and requires no special licences to run
(including Opera PMS).

pmsXtract can also deliver data from sales and catering systems such as Delphi or
Opera Sales and Catering.

INFORMATION FOR VENDORS

Intouch Data provides the data transfer for a number of external third-party vendors. Our
application is cost-effective, secure and very robust. We monitor all outputs and pmsXtract has a
fail-safe mechanism that allows re-capture of any data in the case of a hardware failure or other
event preventing the scheduled extract.

Vendors working with hotel clients and utilising pre-stay, in-house or post-stay data should
contact Intouch Data to discuss their needs. Usually it is as simple as proving the data
specifications and formats required to meet your system needs. Intouch Data can easily assess
from this information. Information on existing clients will not be disclosed based on the sensitive
nature of data and relationships.
