Hey guys! What’s up? I hope you’re having a fine day. It’s your
boy Ramil Emmanuel Sanchez back in it with another blog and in
today’s video, we are going to talk about one of the most
controversial issue in our society, which is Same-sex marriage.
Before that let us have a brief lecture for enlightenment about
what is same-sex marriage and who are these so called members of
the LGBTQ+ community.

Who are these so called members of the so called LGBTQ+

community?
The LGBTQ+ community is a diverse group of people who express
themselves according to how and what they feel regardless of
sexual orientation.
What is Same-sex marriage?
Same-sex marriage is that practice of a union between both men
and both women, a man for a man and a woman for a woman.
Now! Let’s go back to our main topic which is, Same-sex
marriage. In today’s video I will give you five main reasons on
why you shouldn’t agree with same-sex marriage.
1. MARRIAGE HAS ALWAYS BEEN DEFINED AS A UNION BETWEEN A MAN
AND A WOMAN.
According to the 6th US District Court of Appeals Judge
Jeffrey S. Sutton stated that “marriage has long been a
social institution defined by relationships between men and
women.” Also, on Oct 15, 1971, the supreme court of
Minnesota found that the institution of marriage as a union
between a man and a woman, uniquely involving procreation
and rearing of children is as old as the book of genesis.

2. MARRIAGE IS FOR PROCREATION AND SHOULD NOT BE EXTENDED TO

HOMOSEXUAL COUPLES FOR THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF BEARING
CHILDREN TOGETHER.
Same sex couples are not capable of bearing children
together with his or her biological father and his or her
 biological father. Therefore, we cannot call same-sex
marriage as a true marriage and we cannot give them the
true benefits of marriage.

3. A CHILD NEEDS BOTH A FATHER AND A MOTHER

According to a study in 2012 by Mark Regenerus, PHD,
Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Texas
at Austin, showed that children who were raised by parents
who had homosexual relationships suffered more from
difficulties in life (such as Sexual abuse, Unemployment in
later life, Depression etc.)Compared to children who were
raised by intact biological families.

4. THE LEGALIZATION OF SAME-SEX MARRIAGE COULD FURTHERMORE

WEAKEN THE INSTITUTION OF MARRIAGE.
Marriage is already threatened with high divorce rates
(Between 40% to 50 %.)And The Legalization of Same-sex
marriage could furthermore undermine the institution of
marriage that is essential to the wellbeing of children
existing in our society.

5. THE PRACTICE AND THE LEGALIZATION SAME-SEX MARRIAGE

VIOLATES THE NATURAL MORAL ORDER OF GOD AND OFFENDS GOD
HIMSELF.
This is one of the most important reason on why we cannot
legalize same-sex marriage and also is important whenever
one violates the natural moral order of God. It is stated
in Genesis that when God created our first parents Adam and
Eve, He created them in his image and blessed them, saying
“Be fertile and multiply” also to Fill this earth and
Subdue it. Genesis also teaches us on how God punished
Sodom and Gomorrah for the sin of Homosexuality. In
conclusion, The Legalization of same-sex marriage violates
not only our natural law but the natural moral order of
God. The legalization of same-sex marriage is counted as an
act of rebellion against God himself.
These are the five main reasons on why you shouldn’t agree with
