 In this document we will go through the steps and the approvals required for WebEx account
creation.

WebEx accounts can be created for users of the grade Director and above without any approval and
for the rest of the users an approval from their direct reporting manager or VP is required. Email
approvals are accepted.

All the Skype users are eligible for having a WebEx account.

Note: We assign ”Meeting Center‘’ as the default product for all the users.

effective, live instruction - to anyone, anywhere.

Steps to be followed create WebEx account

Step 1: Once a request for WebEx is received login to the below URL to check if an account already
exists for that particular user.
URL: https://247inc.webex.com
Login Credentials: Username: helpdesk ; Password: Outlook786
After logging in click on site administration and search for accounts using the users email id
as shown below.

Closure:

Raise a iSolve Ticket under the category: Task and sub category : Other, and mention the Device ID,
Challenge code, Employee ID and Employee name in the description and close the ticket accordingly
once the response code is shared with the user.
